Del Air is incompetent and use less. NEW UNIT I recently had Del Air install a new Lennox HVAC System. After 2.5 years The system's Fan would not turn off and would run non stop despite the unit being turned off. USE GREENS ENERGY INSTEAD With in mind, I called Greens Energy Services to do annual service instead and learned that my unit fan's motor was damaged due to a power surge. TAKEAWAYS 1. Been a little while, but the system these guys installed never did function properly. It had a computer guidance they kept replacing a PC board for, and making adjustments. When I called them several times for service when it was not cooling or working, they were OK while I had the warranty in effect, but then when it was older they hit me hard with an 'iffy' and costly repair that actually wouldn't allow the heat pump to function. Anyway, got rid of the Lennox they installed and put in a cheaper but efficient system that has been working well for a few years now. I can't recommend these guys as they had 6 guys at my home one evening, and the system still was not working right when they left!

I've been a loyal Del-Air customer for over 5 years and when I asked them to install a smart thermostat on a regularly scheduled maintenance visit, the price quoted was $200. Considering they would already be at my property that seems a bit excessive. I'll be looking for a new service company.

BEWARE: A real rookie mistake or maybe not? These technicians are not trained very well. Del-Air technicians had missed diagnosed the problem by assuming my blower motor was bad due to not first verifying 24v low voltage coming out from the system control circuit board before actual testing the blower motor (a new hire checked high voltage side only). Also, the technician's Universal ECM Motor tester and any other similar ECM motor testers states in their user manuals that if the motor runs, then the motor and ECM module are both good! NOT bad! Duh! Apparently, the technician did not read his user guide for his new test tech toy. The problem was NO/ZERO low voltage (24v) power to the blower motor to start it which in my case comes from the system control circuit board was bad and not the ECM blower motor as it was completely missed diagnosed by the Del-Air service technicians! Try to charge me $900 for new motor. Lots of stress, research & learning and no air conditioning for three days. Please, do NOT call or use these Del-Air clowns. You have been warned.

I have used Del Air at my home in Celebration for 10 years now. The service techs are friendly, professional, and considerate. Recently had an issue with my A/C motor, the technician, Vedesh, had the motor on hand, repaired it. The unit was working again within 3 hours of the service call being made.This is the second time he has personally serviced our A/C units, and he is great. No up selling. Just great service.

Plumbing issue with stopped up sewer line. The company sent a very personable young man. He was engaging and had a good work ethic. Explained what the problem was and repaired it. It was expensive but if this is the correction needed then it is worth it. He is the face of your company and put my fears to rest and that is why delair is my go to for repairs to my home. I am glad they are there but hoping I don't need them again or at least for awhile
