I usually don't write a lot of reviews but I just received such remarkable service from Dejusto Plumbing yesterday I felt compelled to say I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber. Dejusto wasn't my first call for help, Mike was the only one that could make it next day. A leak in the laundry room and another somewhere either from the dishwasher or under the house was the issue. In the process he went under the house (a place I would never go) he checked for the leak and he checked and tested the sump pump while he was ""down under"" with winter coming he thought best to give it a test to be sure it was operational (not even requested). No he didn't try & sell me a pump in fact said it should be good for a few more years. Then to the dishwasher. initially it was dry under the D/W until he turned it on...voila. Dishwasher shot. He couldn't fix that one. The laundry room leak was fixed in minutes with a new supply line. Fast, friendly, thorough and reasonable, worthy of 5 stars I'll be calling him back to have him install a new dishwasher this week.

Update 9/9/18
Mike Helped me clean up this utter mess of plumbing in front of my house, he removed a water softener and completely re did all of the valves and shut offs. He even miter cut the frost protection, who else would do that??? His attention to detail is second to none, there is no replacement for experience.

Recently he also helped me rough in and complete a bathroom remodel, he worked with the drywall and tile contractors and knew exactly what questions to ask to ensure his final fixture installation was perfect. Even though all of the plumbing is hidden in the walls he will not quit until the job is done perfectly. Anything you need, Mikes got you!

Mike came and fixed our toilet flushing problem in no time. He also did a bunch of extra stuff to make sure both house toilets were functioning. I was very pleased with his promptness and professionalism. His rates were fair. And he was very honest and instructive. No scare tactics, just honest assessments. Would definitely use him again. My kitchen sink backed up in the middle of a huge cooking day and I was panicked, I had to cook food for a friends wedding and had no use of my kitchen the day before the wedding...I called around and mike was the first person to call me back, he was able to make it over ASAP and get me back to work in under an hour. He was friendly, informative and fairly priced. Will be using him in the future for all plumbing needs! Can't recommend him more highly.

Called Mike and he came the same day. He fixed the leak we knew about and also tuned up some other things that were needed. He also made sure to check the water pressure. Great work at reasonable rates. We will call him again if the need arises.

The first plumber in Santa Rosa to leave us completely satisfied. We contracted with Mike to replace two of our toilets. He went the extra mile by assisting us in repatching the wall behind one toilet (he had to move the supply valve), and he gave us time to repaint before he put in the new toilet. Mike pays attention to details every step of the way. Mike is cheerful and friendly to deal with. He always kept us updated on his progress.

I had a main water line break and left messages with several plumbers. Mike called me back and told me he could provide a temporary fix and complete repairs the next day. Mike came out and was a complete professional. He explained what he would do and offered advice, which I took, on what I could do myself to lessen the cost of repairs (remove vegetation and the like). He came out that afternoon for the temp fix and early the next morning to complete the job. Mike explained every step he was doing along the way and was very attentive to our questions. He took it upon himself to clean the surrounding areas (sidewalks and the like) of mud and debris. I would not hesitate to contact Mike again for any plumbing issues down the road!
