My kitchen sink backed up in the middle of a huge cooking day and I was panicked, I had to cook food for a friends wedding and had no use of my kitchen the day before the wedding...I called around and mike was the first person to call me back, he was able to make it over ASAP and get me back to work in under an hour. He was friendly, informative and fairly priced. Will be using him in the future for all plumbing needs! Can't recommend him more highly.

The first plumber in Santa Rosa to leave us completely satisfied. We contracted with Mike to replace two of our toilets. He went the extra mile by assisting us in repatching the wall behind one toilet (he had to move the supply valve), and he gave us time to repaint before he put in the new toilet. Mike pays attention to details every step of the way. Mike is cheerful and friendly to deal with. He always kept us updated on his progress.

I had a main water line break and left messages with several plumbers. Mike called me back and told me he could provide a temporary fix and complete repairs the next day. Mike came out and was a complete professional. He explained what he would do and offered advice, which I took, on what I could do myself to lessen the cost of repairs (remove vegetation and the like). He came out that afternoon for the temp fix and early the next morning to complete the job. Mike explained every step he was doing along the way and was very attentive to our questions. He took it upon himself to clean the surrounding areas (sidewalks and the like) of mud and debris. I would not hesitate to contact Mike again for any plumbing issues down the road!

The excellent service I received from Dejusto plumbing was responsive, honest, diligent, and effective. We live in Cazadero, about a 40 minute drive from Santa Rosa. We were grateful that he charged a fair price for the extra time to drive to and from our location. We have a tankless Takagi water heater that stopped working, and his skillful engagement of that company's customer service department resulted in the right parts being sent to us for free, even though the unit was no longer explicitly under warranty. It took a few trips, but Mike always followed up promptly and got it done to our satisfaction, in both total cost and outcome. I recommend his company to all our West-County neighbors, and I will definitely choose him again for any plumbing needs we may have.

Mike, told me over the phone how to fix my problem. I did what he said and clean the p-trap underneath the sink in the kitchen and flush the line. My house has old plumbing 1956 and the problem was under the house old pipes. He came out and diagnose the problem and fixed it.
