The excellent service I received from Dejusto plumbing was responsive, honest, diligent, and effective. We live in Cazadero, about a 40 minute drive from Santa Rosa. We were grateful that he charged a fair price for the extra time to drive to and from our location. We have a tankless Takagi water heater that stopped working, and his skillful engagement of that company's customer service department resulted in the right parts being sent to us for free, even though the unit was no longer explicitly under warranty. It took a few trips, but Mike always followed up promptly and got it done to our satisfaction, in both total cost and outcome. I recommend his company to all our West-County neighbors, and I will definitely choose him again for any plumbing needs we may have.

Mike helped us solve a plumbing mystery in our new home that was far from the usual and did so in a professional, knowledgeable, timely and efficient manner. From his first visit to gather information and familiarize himself with our setup to his return visit with materials to implement our first phase ""test solution"" (it worked!! great detective work on Mike's part), it was clear he really knows his stuff. On top of that, he cares about helping his customers and goes out of his way to explain what it going on in a way you can actually understand. Mike, told me over the phone how to fix my problem. I did what he said and clean the p-trap underneath the sink in the kitchen and flush the line. My house has old plumbing 1956 and the problem was under the house old pipes. He came out and diagnose the problem and fixed it.

Sense of ownership, taking pride in work quality, professional and attention to details are only a few of many good things I can say about Mike from Dejusto Plumbing after having the service from the company on our home's plumbing issues recently. witnessing the amount of thorough work from Mike really made us feel safe to live in the property for many years to come without having to worry about future leakages behind the wall as well as leakages from pipes up above the ceiling. The company gave us follow up phone call as well to make sure the plumbing systems are performing well. Mike also gave us so many tips on how to maintain our home to minimize/prevent future problems regarding the plumbing system. we could really feel that he was here to help us solve our plumbing problems once and for all, again you can see it through the work quality and his dedication to make sure all problems are fixed before he steps out of our door. We can't say enough thank you to Mike from Dejusto Plumbing and I feel that it is only right to write this review and recommend him to everyone; you really want to find someone who's dependable and does it right the first time when it comes to plumbing issues.

Mike saved the day in a big way! Our preschool was having a seriously poopy problem and DeJusto came out and fixed it right away! After serious attempts at fixing the situation myself, I sent out a frustrated late night email to a few different possible plumbers. Not only was Mike the first to respond, he offered the most reasonable hourly rate, and was super friendly. He figured out the issue quickly and fully explained it to me. Handled the problem and even sanitized the whole area for us to make sure everything was fully resolved. So happy to have finally found ""our guy,"" and will gladly recommend him to others!

Mike is honest, very responsive (by both phone and email), knowledgeable and professional in his work. We needed some work done on our older home and I reached out to Mike for a quote. In addition to spending 10+ minutes on the initial call to understand our situation, he offered to come by early the following morning (we called during the evening and our job was not an emergency). All told, he was able to address our problem much quicker than I had anticipated, and explained all of the work he needed to do in terms that anyone could understand.

We had additional questions as homeowners about how to maintain our older home's plumbing system, and Mike was the knowledge base we needed. He is genuinely interested in helping clients understand their homes and to maintain their systems (water/sewage/gas). Mike was at my house within a half hour of my desperate call to him. I had a main sewer line blockage that someone tried (for 4.5 hours) clearing for me the night before with no success. Within minutes of Mike's arrival, he had the line cleared! Even after clearing the line, he went back in a second time to really clear out any roots or other debris that was causing the blockage. His price was VERY reasonable and he warranties his work. I will definitely call Mike again should I have any plumbing issues. He is a super nice guy, honest, and knows what he is doing. After reading Mike's other five star reviews, we can't add much. He has the experience to know his stuff and the energy and work ethic to get down into our flooding crawl space in 90 degree weather and work his tail off till he not only solved the problem but improved the overall system. Plus he's a great guy!
