This was my second time having Brian from Definitive Plumbing Solutions work on my condo. Just like the first time, he performed amazing work. He had to work in a tight spot to remove a 15 year old water heater that the prior condo owner had trapped in a tight closet behind a furnace. He had to perform what I'd call potentially back breaking work to remove the old water heater in a tiny space and then install a new heater with code compliant expansion tank. And he did it all with a smile and with care not to damage my wall or door frame.

It seriously feels like my new heater has twice the capacity, even though it's the same volume as the last one.

Honestly, Brian is the only guy I need to call for any future plumbing help from now on. Thank you!

Brian had to reschedule, but was very communicative. I was able to go to work and he game me a heads up when he was on his way so that I could meet him at the house. I had a leak in the ceiling that he was able to fix quickly with no mess. Pricing was very fair and competitive. I would him again in the future.

No one ever ""plans"" for a plumbing project. When our water heater finally went kaput, I searched my Aliso Viejo FB Group for suggestions and up popped Brian from Definitive Plumbing, not once but twice from neighbors. His pricing was competitive, super responsive via text, and was able to fit us in on short notice. We probably asked more annoying questions than the normal customer but he was patient as we texted back and forth. We found Brian to be honest, professional, and friendly. Within a day, we had hot water again for our family of four. We highly recommend him.
