Nothing but good things to say about brian and his company. He was very honest, prices we're affordable. He came to my house on an emergency call,showed up on time and fixed my leak fast. I just remodeled my house new paint carpet ect and when he arrived he even took his work boots off cause he didn't want to get my new carpet dirty. I told him don't worry about it but he insisted. He seems like a honest working family man that takes pride in what he does. I will use him for all my plumbing needs from now on.

I had an old hot water heater that decided to suddenly die and start leaking water everywhere and after calling several Plumbing companies I decided to go with Brian at Definitive Plumbing Solutions. His prices were competitive, but what really won me over was his customer service and how flexible he was. He was able to squeeze me in and come out the following day (I contacted him really late in the day/evening), understanding that not having hot water is a big inconvenience. Upon arrival, he was polite, friendly but also focused on getting everything taken care of. After the job was complete, he made sure to clean up and even took the time to personally deliver a rebate form after the job was completed on a separate day for the new tankless water heater I had installed to replace the old broken hot water heater. I would definitely recommend Brian with Definitive Plumbing Solutions. You won't be disappointed.

Can't say enough great things about Brian and Definitive Plumbing. From the first phone call to the very the last follow up call Brian was very information and helpful! Great service. Prompt and professional, no hidden costs. Do not hesitate to call Brian at Definitive Plumbing. I called five separate plumbers the day we needed service. Definitive Plumbing was the ONLY company to actually answer the phone and give me an accurate idea of the cost prior to even coming out. As for the other four plumbing companies, the soonest I heard back from any of them after leaving a message was five hours.

Brian just completed a complete repipe of our house and we highly recommend him! We also had him replace worn faucets and a toilet. He went beyond what would be the norm to provide us with materials that we had no way of knowing were needed. Brian was very responsive to emails and texts and always let us know when he was coming or if he had any delays. He provided us with a 3 year labor warranty and a 25 year parts warranty. Brian was very kind and courteous at all times and was careful to put protective covering over our furniture/floors to minimize dust as much as possible. We felt he charged a fair price also. I have used Brian Ramirez many times over the past several years. I've had new kitchen and bathroom faucets replaced. I have had shower knobs changed from two handles to one handle. Each job has presented its own set of challenges based on poorly thought out installations from the original builder. Brian has always been able to figure out a way to install new replacement fixtures. Sometimes he has had to make several trips to get the job done, but he comes through.

This time our Whirlpool Hot Water Heater stopped making hot water. He's worked with enough water heaters to know that ours was one that had had a class action suit filed so after coming to look at the problem, he had to order, then reorder a part from the company. He was finally able to complete the job after the third visit. He's a busy man, but when he knows its and emergency like no hot water, he figures out how to make the time to get the repair done. Of course I will call him again when we have our next plumbing problem.

I sent Brian out to a property for a quote for a water heater replacement. After receiving his quote, I gave him the approval and he came back saying it was more money. After approving the additional amount, I did not hear from him again! I have emailed him numerous times over the past several weeks as well as sending numerous emails. I decided to call him from a different number and he answered! FINALLY! I advised him who it was that was calling and he hung up! WARNING! Do not use this company! They are a shady company!


Since I cannot find the emails about the pricing since it was through another rep of mine, I am updating the review to delete that since it was verbal and not through an email. I do however have emails showing that she spoke to someone with your company stating they would go out same day. She emailed definitiveplumbingsolutions@gmail.com with a work order approval assuming your company would stand by their word of going out the same day on (12/15). She emailed the same work order again on (1/9) asking for an update. She then called your company on (1/16) requesting an Update. No response! She emailed again on (1/23) asking for an update with no response along with a voicemail. Then I personally called on (1/26) for an update requesting a call back. Nothing! Then I called and left your another voicemail on (2/3) along with an email requesting a simple ""yes it was done"" or ""no we cannot do it"" since we have been left in limbo. I called again blocking my number and then you magically answer! When I advise you of who I am, you hang up! If you are at a Dr. appt.Why even answer? Why not let it go to voicemail like a professional? To be be exact, the email to me wasn't after he realized who I was, it was right after I posted a negative review on yelp! How convienant to get a response. So, I will update my review about the pricing since it was verbal and I cannot retrieve emails. All other info is correct and emails correlate. Thank you..

Brian answered the call and showed up about half an hour later. I had a leaking pressure relief valve and weak hot water pressure from the on-demand hot water heater. He noted a few discrepancies in the original homeowner's installation (including the inability to flush the system.) He went out and bought the parts after explaining everything to me. After about 2 hours, all said and done and good as new. We examined several spots in the house where the pressure is low and he removed the shower heads, etc in those areas to demonstrate they suffer calcification - thus the need for a filtration of water ""into"" the hot water system. I'm currently soaking the calcified parts in vinegar and soon will get the filtration system added as well. The price was right and the work was stellar. You'll be in good hands with Definitive.
