I reached out to Brian on a Monday morning about a gas leak that we smelled behind our dryer, and by Tuesday morning all our problems were gone. I figured while he was here, he could also install some bathroom sink fixtures that we've had sitting around for a year, so I asked for a quote about that as well.

He quoted me for each of these things over yelp, texted me updates about his arrival time on Tuesday morning, and finished the job quickly and with excellence. His prices were great, he was extremely kind and trustworthy, and I'm going to keep his info in my phone for any future plumbing needs we have!

I had the pleasure of working with Brian recently for repairs to corrosion on our exterior gas pipeline. He was able to assess the issue and provide his exact steps to resolve the problem -- very few of the other folks I talked to were willing to commit or set a price, citing difficulties and other unknowns. I can't say enough about Brian and Definitive Plumbing Solutions. We had him do our Pex repipe after a pinhole leak. He worked hard and did an excellent job in a short amount of time. He is a consummate professional and very personable at the same time. I enjoyed every encounter with him. I loved that he always answered text messages and or phone calls in a reasonable amount of time. His drywaller also did an excellent job repairing all the holes from the repipe. We also asked him to replace two toilets in the house and he made great recommendations. I have asked him to install a new vanity for us as well and have no doubt he'll do an outstanding job! This review is long overdo. Brian has been doing work for me for the last 2 years. The service he provides is unmatched. He has done many things over that time. New main sewer line, water heater, gas leaks and slab leaks! Just to name a few. He is very professional and has always gone above and beyond to make sure it is done correctly. Every time he has done work, he has been respectful and considerate of my house and personal things. I am proud to call him my plumber for anything that may come up. I actually had to use him to fix other plumbers horrible mickey mouse work. Another big thing to me is, he always returns calls or text.
