I have deep roots in plumbing, my family includes retired plumbers, including my dad, his brother, and my great uncle. I was introduced to plumbing by my dad when I was just five years old. In the summer of 1987, I entered my apprenticeship, and with 30 years of experience in plumbing, I founded Deerman Plumbing Service in the beginning of 2017.

At 48, I have a wealth of experience. I have been married for two decades, and we are the parents of three boys. Our oldest son is 21 and works as a master mechanic for a Chevrolet dealer. The middle child, aged 18, is preparing to serve in the United States Marine Corps. The youngest is 11 years old. I spent almost seven years in the Alabama Army National Guard. We participate in Gardendale First Baptist Church, where I contribute to a men's ministry.
