Joe was fast and responsive with our job. He did our bathroom plumbing a few years ago when we switched from bathtub to shower and everything went so well we had him back. He just moved our gas line for our stove and hooked up our sink/faucet/disposal/dishwasher in our renovated kitchen. Everything looks great and works perfectly! He was so polite and trustworthy.

Outstanding professionalism, communication, and reliability. My 12 year-old tankless water heater quit on Thursday. I started calling plumbers on Friday and Joe was one of only a couple who actually answered his phone. We discussed the issue and came up with a game plan. He ordered the part we decided I needed and he had the shipping expedited. Joe took the time and made the effort to keep me updated. He came out to my house on Monday when the part was delivered and went right to work. He and Doug even took the time to check out a dishwasher issue we were having. We now have hot water and our dishwasher is draining properly again. Joe was up front with his prices and stuck to his estimate. Dedicated Plumbing has earned me as an enthusiastic customer.

Joe & Phil great! I have used them a couple of times, our last was our tankless water heaters installation. Excellent work. Cleaned up afterwards. We had an error with the new water heater and Joe came the very next morning. The new system needed adjustments and he got it done.

These guys are Pro's !! I had called them to install a kitchen faucet
that I had purchased. They were prompt about answering the call.
While Phil was installing the faucet he noticed that the hot water
valve was frozen and could not be shut off. He came prepared with
the necessary parts, so professional. He didn't need to leave the job
to go purchased the parts. That's what I call being prepared for any
eventuality. These guys are the best. I will refer them to friends and
family. Since I come from a family of plumbers ( all deceased now)
I know what to look for in a quality job !!! They are now my new

Had to call Dedicated Plumbing out again. Last time it was for our full kitchen remodel (amazing job!). This time for the surprise lake in our garage & water heater that decided to quit. With my in-laws in town visiting, I was in a bit of a panic. Understanding the need for hot showers, Joe & Phil came out the next day. They're both professional, nice, and funny. On time and got the work done quickly. I also appreciated how Joe took the time to walk us through how to do annual maintenance to keep it running as long as possible.
