Joe was immensely helpful, responsive, and cheerful when we moved into our new house in August. When the winter storm hit, he responded to our texts right away with incredibly helpful advice that saved our pipes. I shared it with others, and it helped them as well. I gave his contact to a friend in her 70s who lives alone after her pipes burst and she didn't know what to do. Joe was the only plumber who responded to her and made her feel better immediately. Can't recommend him enough!

I've been using Dedicated Plumbing since 2009. Joe did the plumbing in 2 of my commercial spaces and has helped me dozens of times since then on shoddy work that was done before I did the buildout. He's saved me thousands of dollars by checking and pursuing warranties and is always thorough and willing to chat with my landlords to get any plumbing issues resolved. He never tries to upsell me anything and thoroughly explains everything he's doing. I own a large hair salon which means we use a lot of water and have been in some tricky situations. Joe has been able to handle everything we throw his way and always has a great attitude. He never leaves a mess behind and a few times he's even cleaned up mine! He also doesn't judge me or make me feel bad when I tell him I tried to DIY some plumbing and failed. At this point we consider him part of our team and personally, I consider him a friend. I will never use anyone else for my plumbing needs.

Side note: I value him and his expertise so much that when we had a waste pipe bust at the shop a couple months ago making our employee bathroom unusable, I waited almost a week for him to get back from a trip to fix it vs calling someone else (which he gave me a recommendation to do).

Joe is an excellent plumber. At least for this particular problem, I did not have to wait on him to show during a four hour window--it was not an emergency, so I was able to schedule it a few days out. We scheduled a specific time to meet and he was on time. He wore his KN95 mask and shoe covers the whole time. He was very methodical in looking for the source of our leak. He was successful in finding and fixing the leak. I will definitely call him for our future plumbing needs. Very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!!

I'm revising this review to reflect the dissatisfaction we have with Joe. I neglected to state that Joe left the old water softener behind rather than discarding it. Additionally we called him back because the water, rather than being softened, was harsh and salty. He refused to return to pick up the old water softener unless we agreed to pay him to install a water filtration system. He advised us to look online and find out how to program the water softner. But this is something we had paid him to do. He just didn't do it properly. Ultimately we contacted another company which came out and reprogrammed the system after tested the water and discovered that the water softener wasn't treating the water at all. This was, of course, an additional charge. We do not recommend Joe.

Joe is a fabulous guy and an excellent plumber. I've used him twice, once when I first moved into my relatively new house when the water heater was broken. Joe did some research and discovered it was still under warranty--saving me hundreds of dollars!! This week, I discovered a puddle in my yard. I had a broken PVR regulator. I needed it fixed, but also needed to leave for work in two hours. Joe got it all done pronto--even the digging! He also explained how everything worked both times he did work for me. He remembered my name, got back to me quickly, and cleaned up after himself. I won't even bother calling anyone else. I know I can trust Joe. Today's repairs were much less than expected!

We had a bit of an emergency with our shower leaking. After checking out You Tube, it was apparent that I needed to replace the Posi Temp cartridge (Moen). I didn't have all the proper tools and experience and decided to just Yelp for help. In this case for a professional plumber. To my dismay, most of the companies that replied weren't available to send anyone until Friday to fix our leak. That's 2 more days of leaking!

Joe, however, made a way to squeeze us in. Very thankful for that. He was professional, courteous, informative, and respectful. Just excellent customer service all around.

Our invoice cost $259.50. He replaced both the shower as well as the garden tub's cartridges. It was on its last leg, actually so we went ahead and bit the bullet. I bought one from Home Depot for $42 earlier and he provided the other for the same price. The total for our plumbing needs today was around $300 bucks total. Not bad for a much needed leak emergency. 5 Stars for DPC! Thanks again, Joe!

We had a very unusual plumbing difficulty in a house we purchased just over a year ago. Joe responded promptly and was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem quickly and efficiently. He does great work at reasonable prices. I can highly recommend him.

Joe was fast and responsive with our job. He did our bathroom plumbing a few years ago when we switched from bathtub to shower and everything went so well we had him back. He just moved our gas line for our stove and hooked up our sink/faucet/disposal/dishwasher in our renovated kitchen. Everything looks great and works perfectly! He was so polite and trustworthy.
