So thankful for the same day appointment Decker Plumbing was able to give me. Most of the companies I called weren't able to come to my house to look at my water heater until the next day or even longer. They quickly repaired my water heater without any problems. They also told me about the warranty process to try and save me some money but I didn't want to wait for the parts to arrive. I was willing to pay whatever the cost to have my water heater fixed that day but what they charged me was fair. Would definitely use them again!

A few days ago, I woke up to leaking hot water all over my floor in the morning. This company answered my call (I love that they are available 24 hours a day!), gave me a great quote, explained warranty options to me and didn't charge me extra for coming out late at night. They were very knowledgeable and polite, Not only that, the installer allowed me to watch the entire process so I could learn how to do it myself in the future. Lastly, he cleaned up the entire area after he was done with the installation procedure. I needed my garbage disposal replaced--they were very clean and very quick! They really knew what they were doing and it took a short amount of time since there were two guys on the job.

Jeff was EXTREMELY personable and knowledgable. We needed to replace our bathroom faucet and we added water softeners to our showers. He even fixed our dripping kitchen sink at no extra cost. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. We will definitely be using this company again as well as referring him to others!

Last Sunday, I found myself unlucky when I woke up to a burst pipe in my backyard. During the freeze I forgot to keep my hose dripping. I was losing up to 12 gallons of water a minute. After going through my usual avenues I stumbled upon Decker Plumbing. The staff agreed to send someone out immediately. Mac was very helpful; he was able to turn off my water and have a new pipe replaced and insulated in just a few hours. Not only have I learned my lesson about preparation for a freeze but I now know who to call next time I'm in a bind.

Mac was AWESOME! He fit me into his busy schedule and was super nice. I was in panic mode when my hot water heater suddenly stopped working. Mac was quick to make the repair, very professional, cleaned up like he'd never been there, and didn't even mind my dogs trying to play with him while he worked! I just have to say that Mac and his crew were great!!! When Mac came to give me a free quote to replace some pipes - I told him I was having a problem with my toilet, he took one look and told me what the problem was, what to buy and how to fix it myself. It was simple and the best part there was no charge. I had gotten quotes from other plumbing companies, they were all about the same, but I liked Mac the best. He is honest and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong with the toilet - other plumbers told me it was something else wrong with the toilet and gave higher quotes. After buying our house, there was a number of small plumbing questions and fixes I had all around.  Mac patiently walked around with me and addressed all of my questions and concerns either with knowledgeable advice or with a repair.  Would absolutely call them for any future plumbing needs.

My roommates and I came home from happy hour, only to discover a leak in our bathtub. What began as a minor trickle from the faucet soon took a turn for the worse. Water seemed to be flowing from behind the tub wall. After some frantic googling of "how to stop tub leak help" and darting around our very creepy shed, I shut off the main water supply to the house and called our regular plumber.

Unfortunately, they were not available. Nor were the next two that I called and left messages for. Although I found many tips online for DIY plumbing, I didn't trust myself to not destroy everything accidentally, and I was beginning to feel anxious about leaving it overnight.

My next call was to Decker Plumbing where I spoke to Mac. He was very warm and professional. He let me know that there is no extra charge with after-hours calls, which I was thankful for since that's not always the case. He told me that Charles, the technician, would be arriving between 8-9PM and would give me a call when he was en route, which he did about half an hour til 8. I was super appreciative of their promptness all around.

Charles arrived, extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He was here a little less than an hour and determined that we needed a valve and faucet replacement, but he could stop the leak for the time being and provide us with a patch-up so we could at least turn the water main back on (yay for running water!). I was impressed by the efficiency and reassured by his support in this situation. We will go faucet shopping this weekend and make an appointment to have them come out and give us a more long-term fix. Great service - we'll definitely go with them again in the future!
