The service was fast and efficient. Snaked my drains and got my toilet and shower draining again. I won't downgrade the service, but it was a bit confusing. I called in at 7:45 AM and they answered my call and set up the appointment for between 8 and 10 AM. She said I was the first job of the day so they would be out soon. Then she said, the plumber would call me 30 minutes before he arrived. So, I figured, I'd get a call in the next few minutes. At about 9:20 I called to make sure I hadn't fallen through the cracks. No, I was still "all set to go and the guy will call you before he comes". So, about 9:50 the doorbell rings. I have two guys standing there, politely asking where the problem is. They did the job perfectly, thus the 5-star rating. But, I didn't get a call. Since I work about two blocks from home, it is not uncommon for me to go to work and meet the repair guy at home after they call. Lucky for them, I stayed home to wait for them.

Scheduling mixup on the first appointment but Ronnie the owner called me on his cell to apologize and get me rebooked to repair a burst pipe that had been capped previously. I was on the schedule for the next day and got home and another pipe had burst and was spewing water. I called to see if they could come out on short notice before my scheduled appointment. He had two guys to me within 45 min! Best part is they work on flat fees!Great customer service, quality repair work and reasonably priced! Dean's Plumbing earned a new customer and I can't speak highly enough about them!

These guys are EXPERTS on tankless water heaters. Had a minor leak fixed with a $20 part on the truck and minimum service charge. Suggested a pre-filter to help these kinds of issues in the future, but no pressure to make that decision now. Ronnie Dean was the tech and he will be my plumber going forward.

I had another supposed tankless water heater repair shop out two days prior and after an hour in his truck talking to the manufacturer, i got a $1000 estimate to replace an entire two year old pump, flush my systems (which I do yearly) and put in some extra catch and drain equipment that is frivolous. Also, I'd have to wait a week for parts.

My water heater is bone dry and clean today and it is working 100%.

Thanks Ronnie, you and the company are a class act.

Found Dean's plumbing on yelp 2 years ago and have been using them ever since. That first call was late at night on a Saturday and Wade came out and took great care of us with a great attitude for having to respond to that late night call. Since then Ronnie and his team have replaced the drain elbow in my shower, and most recently changed out and fitted 2 water heaters for me. The guys are always straightforward, honest, and professional. They also completed all jobs in the time frame they quoted! I keep there number in my cell and it is the only one i call when we have any plumbing issues. Hope this review is helpful when making your choice..

We just had Dean's come to our house for another plumbing problem. Chris came a couple of days ago to fix some clogged drains! Jason & Chris just left after taking care of a problem we had with a hot water heater. All of the plumbers who have made the service calls are prompt and professional. Plumber showed up within the designated time window. The pipework under my sink was a mess from the previous homeowner (which is why I couldn't fix it myself). I wasn't sure it couldn't be fixed without hundreds of dollars of work. Chris fixed me up for just over a hundred dollars - he did magic with pipe cutting and fitting. I know some plumbers charge $99 to unstop a drain plus the service call fee. These guys are great - would highly recommend.
