We just had Billy and Jet come out and get us out of a REALLY tight spot. We had a pipe burst during this winter storm and we were on a waiting list for another plumber for over a week. I called Dean's this afternoon and they were out here two hours later. Amazing! Just a short while later and we have running water again THE SAME DAY.

I can't say enough how pleased I am with these guys. Billy and Jet were super personable and walked us through the whole process. I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Reached out to several plumbing companies to help with a suspected broken pipe at my grandmother's house. Sarah reached out almost immediately and was able to schedule our appointment quickly and efficiently. Julio H. was the tech that arrived. He was professional and courteous. Checked everything and explained his findings in detail for me & my grandmother. Put her mind at ease and was very thorough, even double checked without hesitation when I asked some questions. Everyone I worked with at Dean's Plumbing treated my family fairly and with respect. Will definitely call them again when plumbing assistance is needed.

Ask for Jet Thompson. He's experienced, thorough, and very personable. My house flooded due to a busted pipe in the attic from the winter snow/Ice storm. He came within days when it was hard for me to get scheduled with any other plumbing company. Dean's Plumbing has a good rating on Yelp and my experience with the company certainly reflects that.

After three days, we finally have water!!!Our technician, Billy, worked tirelessly and meticulously throughout the afternoon, eventually finding not one, but five burst pipes! He explained everything in detail and made sure we were safe and secure before leaving. We so appreciate his hard work and diligence in resolving this awful situation. Because of a new difficult installation it took several visits to complete the work but Deans made it work. Owners really involved and back up work. I can recommend them without hesitation

I called Dean's plumbing on a freezing Friday within 15 min of kitchen faucet/vegetable sprayer leaking all over the place. They were able to help me get Billy out in less than an hour, for which I was thankful as I had family visiting from out of town the same day.

Billy arrived and was super fast and courteous about diagnosing and fixing the issue - from his arrival time to fix was less than 20 min! I was thankful I would have a fully functioning faucet for my family dinner!

That said, the cost seemed a bit high in my experience with other plumbing issues and would have appreciated an estimate/quote upfront, before work was done, even though I forgot to ask for it.

In any event, thank you for the quick expert fix Billy and Dean's plumbing - let's try to be competitive with the pricing next time!

Came out to do my estimate, but he was able to fix the issue while he was here rather then scheduling another time to come fix it. He did a great job, and he was so friendly! If all of the associates that work for Dean's plumbing are as good as Billy, you're definitely in good hands!

I had a leak recently at my house and had a hard time finding a plumber to come out. Initially I tried roto-rooter and they gave me the run around and never sent someone out when they said they would. Dean's plumbing sent out a plumber during the time window they said they would. Julio located the problem and explained what needed to be done. He completed the repairs after purchasing parts and made a few suggestions for improving my plumbing system. Overall I was very pleased with the service. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because the pricing is on the higher side.
