The wonderful reviews about his man are 100% true. At 6 am this morning (Saturday) I called Dean for help. What an awesome fellow! He took my call with a wonderfully cheerful attitude. He asked me to take some photos of my dead water heater and to email them to him right away. A short while later he called back as he had not yet received them - we were still busy taking them - but what fantastic support! He then spent half of hour talking to me about the unique challenges of my water heater installation and explained that due to the complexity it would be best if I he refer me elsewhere. He kindly gave me the names of other companies and answered all my questions. Customer service like this is so rare. I truly felt like Dean was a friend looking out for me and my best interests. When I next need regular plumbing services there is only one person I'm going to call. Thanks Dean!

Dean knows what customer service is all about! I'm a new homeowner and was looking for an honest plumber to fix my leaking bathtub faucet. I decided Yelp would be a good start. I read every single review and was blown away. I then doubted if the reviews were all his friends and became hesitant. Anyway, I gave him a call and first impressions goes a long way. He was respectful, kind and patient. He requested photos before he came out so he could be prepared. I sent the photos and called him back and he provided me a quote over the phone that way I knew what to expect. He came out around 1945 hours the same day and fixed my bathtub faucet. My fiancé and I was in the bathroom the whole time as he explained step by step what he was doing and also let me see and feel the damaged cart with gunk all over it. He provided me with an invoice and left a very lasting impression on me. People like to be treated with respect, fairness and professionalism. Dean definitely did that!

Dean was great! I had a problem with my breaker tripping very frequently (about 10-15 mins) during after hours and he came right away (10 mins!) and was replaced in no time. It's only been an hour after he left but everything is going great so far! Dean was very helpful and polite as well, which I always appreciate. I would refer him to anyone and return as a customer if I ever need help again.

I called Dean about a stopped bathtub and he showed up within 24 hours to take a look. He did warn me on the phone that my old house might mean exceptionally old plumbing - something that's outside his purview - and unfortunately that turned out to be the case.

However, after carefully explaining the issue in detail he recommended another well-reviewed company that could help sort things out. I found Dean to be very personable and genuine, and will definitely be reaching out in the future for help when I need it. Thanks Dean!

Dean came to look at our panel and hot water heater which was not working at full capacity. He could not find a problem with the electrical to the hot water heater. He did offer to replace it for $1500 which is twice what it should cost. Kind of an odd encounter. Did not hire him.

Wow... No wonder Dean gets a very high rating. I just requested a quote from several companies less than an hour ago and he was the very first one to get back to me. Even though my jetted tub issue wasn't something he handles, he referred me to a company that could possibly help me. I have used https://www.proreferral.com with no luck, and contacted few companies on Yelp with no one being able to assist me so I'm happy Dean referred me to a company I can reach out to. Thank you Dean. :)

I had a leaking kitchen sink this morning and placed a service call with Dean. He called me back within a minute and actually asked me a few questions to guide me where my problem was. (It as a loose hose on the pullout faucet) Wow, such an honest professional.

I will definitely be call Dean if I ever have a plumbing problem in the future. Thanks Dean.

I'm writing this review because I called Dean to come look at a project and after describing the issue he told me he could not come out in good conscience. He told me how to test his hypothesis and save money (at least initially) and it worked. While I've not spent money with him - I can say I was struck/impressed by his integrity.

Dean gave me extremely helpful advice that no one else had mentioned to me. The issue ended up being a contractor problem, not a plumbing issue. However, Dean took the time to explain the issue even though it meant he wasn't getting our business. I could not recommend this guy more to anyone. Very honest and helpful. A++++
