It's been a while since I've written a Yelp review, but I feel obligated to say something nice about Dean. I called him to fix a sparking and crackling outlet. Not only did he get there the same day and fix the problem, he noticed a faulty switch and repaired it at no charge because he said that I was within the minimum charge time-frame still. He cares deeply about providing honest and quality work, and I know that he would never charge someone for unnecessary labor.

In less than 24 hours after sending the first yelp message Dean had already fixed our leaking pipe problem. After sending him a couple of pictures he was able to provide an accurate estimate for his services. He show up on time and did an excellent job.

Great service! I was having trouble with my circuit breakers. It was probably a small job for him, but I appreciated how quickly he was able to get to it and that he didn't recommend really expensive options that I didn't need. Would definitely call again.

I used Dean's Home Repair when my home was experiencing electrical problem.

While ~10 other electricians were all booked out for days, Dean was able to fight through traffic & come help on a late Friday afternoon. When he was running late due to downtown traffic, he called & updated me on his ETA.

He was spot on in quickly diagnosing the problem to be a Seattle City Light issue (one of the 2 incoming city power lines had substantially weakened voltage). Since he doesn't charge you unless he finds & repairs the issue, he declined to charge me anything. I gave him a big tip anyway.

I can't vouch for his competencies on major electrical work, but he'll definitely get my first call for electrical (& probably plumbing) repairs next time. He is responsive, up front on costs, & friendly.

After leaving messages with several other plumbers because of a leaking kitchen sprayer, I called Dean. He picked up his own phone! He really listened and asked questions to make sure he understood my problem, plus made a suggestion that was a HUGE help until I could get the problem resolved. He was no-nonsense, provided pricing information up front, and clearly answered my questions. With another issue that was out of his area of expertise, he provided the name & number of another business. I appreciated his prompt response, good work, and willingness to suggest helpful advice.

The reviews definitely are the truth when it comes to evaluating such a quality individual. Dean called me within a couple of hours sending my request on yelp. After giving him a rundown on my situation he was able to give me a hunch as to what he thought the problem was for my rental.

He was honest in telling me where he specialized in for plumbing and electrician background and referred me to someone who could get the job done. Definitely appreciate his help and look forward to calling him again without hesitation when I have an issue.

Dean was the only plumber I called that not only answered his phone but could see us today. He communicated quickly and efficiently, was EARLY and called in advance to let me know ETA. His fixed our garbage disposal and charged exactly what he told me up front.

The wonderful reviews about his man are 100% true. At 6 am this morning (Saturday) I called Dean for help. What an awesome fellow! He took my call with a wonderfully cheerful attitude. He asked me to take some photos of my dead water heater and to email them to him right away. A short while later he called back as he had not yet received them - we were still busy taking them - but what fantastic support! He then spent half of hour talking to me about the unique challenges of my water heater installation and explained that due to the complexity it would be best if I he refer me elsewhere. He kindly gave me the names of other companies and answered all my questions. Customer service like this is so rare. I truly felt like Dean was a friend looking out for me and my best interests. When I next need regular plumbing services there is only one person I'm going to call. Thanks Dean!
