What a joke. Kitchen sink was leaking. Came and told us they needed to dig up entire patio on both sides of the house and replace all pipes from kitchen. Wanted to go through the yard. House is pier and beam, that's not even where the pipes are.
Quoted $21k for job.

Another company came out and flipped the drain clean out to the main sewer line and charged $175 and problem was solved.

We've been using D&D for years and haven't had an issue with their work. This last visit for a slab leak they told us the hourly cost and material and we agreed to it and then when the bill came they added an extra $800 as a helper fee and tried to tell us that's their new policy for the past year. This was never previously mentioned to us and we had 2 guys out fixing a leak at our new house 3 months ago and never had that charge and there were 2 of them then. There's too much competition in midland to be stuck paying outrageous prices so we'll be going with Ellis brothers from here on out. They do great work without price gouging.

We paid an after hour service fee for $195. The guy looked at it and said it was the motor. He didn't look at anything else. He said they would have to order the motor. This was Wednesday night and the motor would not come in until Monday. We called someone else for a 2nd opinion. He found that there was nothing wrong with the motor. He replaced the capacitor and the breaker switch and it works perfectly!

OMG!!! Mike Perez is the best, Most Efficient plumber I have EVER met!
So amazing! He went straight to the problem, troubleshot the situation and immediately fixed our plumbing problem! We have a NEW plumber! no more hours to wait, He was Here EARLIER than expected and so darn efficient! Love this man! Great Job Mike Perez!!

Slab leak. Repaired in good order. They were able to save the floor tile. Since I did not need to replace the floor tile that paid for the plumbing job. Happy!

Service was great but got charged 1,100 bucks to replace to parts on a water heater that I could have replaced the whole unit for cheaper. I wasn't aware of the price till it was done. The parts that he used 120 online and was charged 480 and 380 for them respectively.

We hired D&D Plumbing to fix three water valves. The plumber went out to his truck at least 25 times in order to extend his time in the home. He also told us he did not have a certain valve that he needed, and we agreed to go to Home Depot and pick it up. He never used what we bought, so it was just another way for him to increase his time on the bill. Use another plumber.

Replaced tub and P Trap to tub. When we went to use our toilet which is plumbed next to to our bathtub. We discovered they had dropped spilled or poured enough dirt and debris into our main line it stopped the whole house system up!! (at 2a.m.). Including the washing machine.....We call at 8 this morning to try and get them to come fix it and they wait 5 hours before sending someone out. Both bathrooms flooded with sewer water and it stinks to the heavens in the whole house. They tell me I have to pay the labor and service charge and they won't budge! I end up paying 96$ to get them out and I am done! No more D&D plumbing at my house. Do not use them! They tried to create more problems to get more money out of us! It worked but, no more! They quoted me $20k to replace it all. when one small pipe had some rust and someone had dropped an old fitting in the pipes that slowed the tub drain. They left a mess and more!
Worst possible experience of our life. BEWARE!

i recommend D and D as highly as possible. my HVAC is an older model and was dead in the water. they had the chance to charge me an arm and a leg, but said all i needed was a small part. 10 minutes later, and a small cost too, my house was being "cooled" again. great service and only fixed what was needed.

We recently had problems with our tankless water heater and our air conditioner so I contacted D&D to come and repair these items. Both technicians that came out were very polite and professional and called before they came. They kept me apprised of the issues and pricing involved in the repairs. Over all, D&D performed on a 5 star basis.
