i recommend D and D as highly as possible. my HVAC is an older model and was dead in the water. they had the chance to charge me an arm and a leg, but said all i needed was a small part. 10 minutes later, and a small cost too, my house was being "cooled" again. great service and only fixed what was needed.

We recently had problems with our tankless water heater and our air conditioner so I contacted D&D to come and repair these items. Both technicians that came out were very polite and professional and called before they came. They kept me apprised of the issues and pricing involved in the repairs. Over all, D&D performed on a 5 star basis.

We needed to get our pipes flushed due to slow drainage. Our plumber got his little fishing tool stuck in our pipes and had to call a back up plumber. For over an hour maybe two hours they were trying to get his equipment out our pipes. Finally they got the equipment out and said it was stuck on roots. He tried a couple times after that and said he couldn't do it. So after three hours no solution however, they still charged for three hours due to his equipment getting stuck.
I called to leave a complaint or some sort of resolution, they said a manager would call back. They never did.
3 hours wasted, their mess up, no resolution, no manager call back or offer to make things right.
Just terrible.
Highly suggest no one uses D&D.

Left a hole in our floor for two weeks. Would not return calls. Had to get someone else to complete job. After payment (cleared the bank), received a letter threatening to file liens. Have lived in Midland over 30 years. I have never seen such incompetency or attitude. Stay very far away from this company!!

Polite and professional. Arrived within stated time. Quickly assessed and repaired problem. Reasonable price for service. Will use again.

D & D came out to check my gas fireplaces and make sure they're ready for the winter. The crew that came out was very kind and courteous. They got the fireplaces that have not been used in a while working again and were in and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend them and they will be who I use for future plumbing needs.

When I can't fix it myself I always call D&D. They are 24/7 which is awesome and very reliable. I'm not usually waiting for very long after I call for someone to show up. They are reasonably priced and very professional. This past Sunday my AC stopped working and of course the part I needed wasn't available because everywhere was closed. I called D&D and they had a technician meet me at their office to sell me the part! Unheard of nowadays. Exceptional service and I would highly recommend.

I am very happy with the work D&D Plumbing did. My only disappointment was the cost for new sewer line when clog could not be cleared.
However, Stephen and his helper did a great job. They used their shovels to dig out old pipe and to cover up the new as quickly as possible. They were very nice and considerate.

They tried to over charge me for hours that they did not work. I ask to see their GPS records and they did not immediately send. I asked again for the proof and sure enough they were trying to get me over for almost 2 hours that they did not work.

D & D Plumbing charged me over $500 to repair a broken pipe in my front yard. They said that they would not be able to guaranty the job because the pipe was an "off" size and they had a hard time finding materials of this size to repair the pipe. Less than one month later, their patch job failed. We called them for support, and they wanted to charge another service charge to come fix the pipe. We fixed it ourselves using standard sized sharkbites which were readily available at the hardware store. During their visit, they also found a leak that my neighbor had. They charged them $300 to fix this leak. The leak was actually not the neighbor's leak, but the water companies. The plumbers should have pointed this out to my neighbors, but instead just took their money.
