I can't say enough good things about this company! I have used their services twice now, most recently when my kitchen sink refused to be unclogged. Donny sent Josh out to tackle the problem...which turned out to be more complicated than expected, due to the age of the house. When Josh said the repair would require actually cutting into the wall (yikes!) to replace a very old pipe, I was a bit worried. Unnecessarily, as it turned out! Not only is Josh extremely efficient as a plumber, his carpentry skills are excellent as well, and the cuts he had to make into the wall are barely visible. On top of that, he is a really down-to-earth, genuinely nice guy. Apparently that's the only kind of people Donny works with. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Heartily recommend.

You can sell anybody just about anything if you can scare them enough, which is how most plumbers operate. They'll stand there looking at your problem like Sheriff Taylor on the Andy Griffith Show. Breathing heavy and shaking their head with feigned concern ""Geez....golly gee...well, I don't know... Boy oh boy"" and the like. The reality is 95% of the time plumbers know the problem and the solution before they even arrive at your house. But they're not going to let you know that. Not a chance. The money is in (a) doing more labor and adding more new parts than necessary and (b) overstating to you the time and complexity it's going to take to do the job. And if they can do the job using ""cheats"" (hidden shortcuts they can hide from view or hope you'll never notice) all the better -- A few months back my family got screwed, blued and tattooed for 1000's of dollars by a local plumbing firm in this manner. I won't mention the company name but a hint is years ago they used to be singer Dean Martin's partner.

Donnie Crawford doesn't operate this way. He tells you the problem, and the solution, with no fear mongering drama or double-talk or bait and switch. He gives you a very fair quote. He does the job. He does the job right. No more, and no less, labor and parts than needed. You pay him. Done.

The downside for Donnie is his company is probably making 100-150K less a year than the other guys in town. The upside is he sleeps well at night, is proud of his work, and will NEVER fear bumping into one of his customers at the grocery store.

It took me years and years before I found a car mechanic that I can just toss the keys to and say ""fix it"" and know the job will be done properly and at a fair price. - Now I can (thankfully) say I've found a plumber that I feel the same way about. - Donnie and his crew at DC Plumbing are simply the best. Period.

Stacey did a bunch of work for us recently, and we were very happy with DC Plumbing overall. And Donny was on top of things and took care of us with any issues that came up (it was a complex job with lots of parts). Their price was very fair (less expensive than several other options we looked at), Stacey worked hard and got a ton done in a reasonable time, and they were very responsive on timing (we had tight time schedules and they worked us in). Very happy.

We were very satisfied with DC plumbing. They installed a new water heater, replaced kitchen faucet and cooktop, installed hot/cold filter and faucet, changed the plumbing for a utility sink in our garage. They were able to get the work done in a timely manner and at a fair price. Stacey completed all the work and Donny handled all the scheduling. We were very happy with the experience!

Wow, woke up to a clogged toilet this morning. I called this company and Donnie answered my call. I had to be somewhere shortly after I called. Donnie called me back after checking to see if one of his employees could come asap. Donnie was at my house within TWENTY minutes and fixed our problem. Very professional and reasonable! I asked for his card so that I can use them in the future, thanks Donnie, Kim and family!
