We were very satisfied with DC plumbing. They installed a new water heater, replaced kitchen faucet and cooktop, installed hot/cold filter and faucet, changed the plumbing for a utility sink in our garage. They were able to get the work done in a timely manner and at a fair price. Stacey completed all the work and Donny handled all the scheduling. We were very happy with the experience!

Wow, woke up to a clogged toilet this morning. I called this company and Donnie answered my call. I had to be somewhere shortly after I called. Donnie called me back after checking to see if one of his employees could come asap. Donnie was at my house within TWENTY minutes and fixed our problem. Very professional and reasonable! I asked for his card so that I can use them in the future, thanks Donnie, Kim and family!

We've had a lot of serious issues lately with plumbing. I've had the pleasure of working with Donny,Jim and Ryan and I can't say enough good things about all of them. They are polite, patient and genuinely nice. Donny took time to explain everything to me in terms I could understand. Frankly, he seems to be just a very very smart guy! When it comes to home repairs etc I'm always expecting to be taken advantage of and being sold something I don't need. But this group is unconditionally honest. They have given me options for their work that would fit my budget and still solve my problem. I very highly recommend DC Plumbing!!

Donny got me set up with a new water heater almost instantly when mine crapped out, and at a fair price. Donny got it done fast and well and I'd be showering in cold water right now if I waited for Home Depot to deliver. This is the second service he has performed for me. He responds quickly to calls and texts, unlike so many others. Highest integrity and service level. This is the guy to call if you have a plumbing need!

Donny is great! He came highly recommended to my parents, and helped them fix a long standing issue drainage issue with their washing machine and the kitchen sink. When we had a clogged drain he was able to come out quickly. Most plumbers just want to snake the toilet or the shower. He asked about clean outs, and we thought we only had one on the inside of a closet, but he went exploring outside and found one that had been filled in with concrete when the driveway had been repaved years ago. He actually chipped it out and discovered we had really good access. He used high pressure to clear any blockage, and gave us a bunch of feedback based on what he did and did not see and hear. He even told us our pipes looked good, and showed us how we could do this ourselves in the future if we had a blockage since it was so easy with our set up.

I really appreciated that he took a few minutes to assess everything rather than just run a snake down the drain. I got the sense he really understood what he was doing, and really looked for the best solution. It was also great to have him take the time to show us what we could do next time so we wouldn't need to call him, though given our experience I would be happy to use him again!
