I normally do not have time to write reviews. That said, I am making time to write this 5 star review for Dave at DC Plumbing. On two seperate occassions, Dave has saved me and our home by going above and beyond.The first time was Monday, 7-05-15. Our water heater busted on Sunday afternoon, the 4th of July holiday weekend. Hanna plumbing who we had previously always used for our home plumbing needs would take a week to estimate the new water heater work and even longer to install. As you can imagine no water for a week is a major inconvience. We then called three other plumbers the morning of 7-5-15 after researching reviews on Yelp. Dave was in the middle of a job that morning, answered his cell phone and said he would come over afterwards. He arrived at our home by noon. By the time other plumbers returned our emergency calls made at 7am, 8am and 10am, Dave was already on the job. He replaced our entire water heater and added a new pump to push hot water faster into the showers and kitchen for increased water savings. After the unit was installed it was 5pm and Dave then discovered our water pressure was extremely high (double) into the house from the main water line. (A wonder our water pipes inside the house walls had not already sprung a leak from the double water pressure) Dave could have left after the water heater installation and already working a 12 hr day. Instead he went back to a store to purchase our needed regulator parts in order to lower the house water pressure. Then stayed late and installed the parts with a new shut off water lever. (Which by the way replaced an old water value that was hard to use in an emergency.) When Dave left that evening our water was back on line at the house and with time savings in hot water to the kitchen sink and showers. (Which BTW has lowered our monthly water bill) His repair costs were extremely reasonable and especially considering we were an emergency on all accounts. We can confirm Dave is knowledgeable, friendly and performs quality work. Since July we were hanging shelves recently in our garage over the Labor Day weekend. While drilling, we hit a copper water pipe. Instantly a water leak in the wall. We had to use the new emergency water shut off lever. It worked like a charm. Water to the house was off in a minute versus dealing with the front yard water main. We then called Dave, explained our water issue and he came over in 30 minutes. Note on another holiday weekend (Labor Day Monday late afternoon) and repaired our cooper water pipe. He saved the day once again with his great service and quality work. Again Dave could have charged an insane amount for his time and work. Instead, he charged a very fair and reasonable amount for his work. Again Dave saved the day! For all of these reasons, we will only call Dave going forward for our plumbing services at home and at our business. Without any reservations, we highly recommend Dave and his business.

I have been considering converting over to a tankless water heater and adding a Halo Water Filtration System for a few months. I called Dave with DC Plumbing and he scheduled a same day appointment with me. Dave explained everything to me about converting over to a tankless system and about the Halo Water System. He quoted a great price and said he could install everything the next day. True to his word, Dave showed up on time the next morning and began the install. He and his apprentice were very professional throughout the install and when they were done everything was cleaned up and looked great.
The tankless hot water heater works perfect and now with our Halo Water System our water right out of the tap (any tap in our house) tastes better than any bottled water you can buy.
I would recommend Dave with DC Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber and/or is considering converting over to a tankless hot water heater (he does regular water heaters as well) or a water filtration system.

Another 5 star experience with Dave at DC Plumbing. I needed a toilet replaced, and he was able to find time in his busy schedule to fix it the same day. WOW. He and his apprentice were on time, ready with supplies, and worked efficiently but carefully. I had a rusted out flange which was not expected and they took their time to explain what that meant, and the options for fixing. I cannot recommend a more upstanding, straightforward company. As Dave and Tom were working around the house, they also mentioned areas that were outdated and could potentially need attention in the future. This is useful for me, because I have only lived in this house for 2 years, and who really has time to keep up with all the advances in plumbing and valves and such. Again, Dave was up front, no mickey-mousing around and above all else a pleasure to have working on my house.

I know he does all kinds of jobs, from custom to routine (like my job). I would not hesitate to recommend to my 90 year old gma who knows nothing about plumbing, because I know in an industry that can have some schmarmy folks, Dave will do the right thing, for the right price, and explain everything along the way.

I called Dave for an estimate on getting a full house re-pipe. Dave scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, and within a few minutes gave an estimate that included drywall repair. Dave never pressured me and only called once to make sure I received my estimate he sent via email. Dave uncovered some problems while working on my house and fixed them without adding any cost to his original estimate. I am a retired plumber and know how some plumbers can increase prices for small items; however, Dave never tried to upsell me and stuck to his original estimate. Nice job Dave!

Dave Camm (owner) came to my house within 2 hours and replaced my water heater without any BS. What a great guy! He is out to get it done and done right. I had just kicked out two KNUCKLEHEADS the day before because of bogus work they wanted to do, and Dave said what they wanted to do was not required or even necessary, they just wanted more $$$.
