Dave gave me a call on a Sunday, after I emailed him...he showed up promptly on Monday to replace an outdoor spigot. The price was fine and so was the service, he's a personable guy too and easy to chat it up with. I will call him again when needed!

Our hot water tank broke. A neighbor recommended Dave from DC Plumbing and I was so happy that I called him. He was at our home within 15 minutes, recommended two different options - a possible temporary fix or since the tank was almost 10 years old, replacing it for something more energy efficient. He was courteous, efficient and honest and reasonably priced. I was happy with the service and would definitely call him again if we ever had more plumbing issues.

After an unsatisfactory experience with a different plumber, we found DC Plumbing through a Google search and are so glad. Dave was able to come over the next day for our non-emergency problem and fixed one of our toilets on the spot and after uncovering an additional problem with another toilet came back the next morning and fixed us up. These days, it is rare to find such honest service, but Dave definetly offers this. It's nice when you call DC Plumbing, you actually get through to Dave. He recently re-piped our entire house (copper) and did a great job in just 2 days. He was easy to deal with, very honest and a nice guy as well. We will definetly use him for all our plumbing needs.

We had a major leak in our water system - the line from the curb to the house. Dave came over and spent an hour of his own time trying to find the leak. When it was obvious that major digging and possible sidewalk tear up was necessary, Dave provided an estimate and pulled together a team to do the job. When it was clear the leak may involve tear up of expensive entry way of paving stones, he developed a less intrusive alternative plan to run a new line from the curb to the house. His work was completed in two days and the quality was excellent. Overall, we had a good experience with Dave and would recommend him for future work. 5-stars!

Called Dave on Sunday and he answered the phone immediately and gave me a reasonable quote on the phone for the job I needed (replacing a couple corroded and leaky lines at my water heater). He was out first thing Monday morning and had the job finished in a fast, professional manner. He also tested the regulator on my main, which turned out to have failed, and replaced the regulator same day. His prices were reasonable and his work was fantastic. I definitely recommend Dave for your plumbing needs!

I am sure Dave is a good plummer, however; I had my house here in San Diego, Remodeled and added on a couple rooms and had a Tankless Water Heater installed in 2008. While the plummers were installing it they made a comment that they had never seen anything like this and were constantly making phone calls to see how to install it. Well, now it is leaking and costing me bundles of money in my water bill and Dave apparently DOES NOT stand behind his workmanship.
I am glad many of you have had such great luck with him and I wish all of you the best and that you never have any problems with him nor his work.
He was contracted through the contractor of the now defunct Calm Waters Construction owned by Mr. Brad Bowes who I am unable to get to come out either.
I am going to also send a letter to the Californis State Plummers Association to just advise waht type plummers they are issuing licenses to.

Of course these are just my personal opinion from doing business with Dave. I am used to doing work with people who stand behind their work 100%+.

Dave is the man! My wife accidentally dropped a pen down the toilet on a Friday night which was causing some major flushing issues. Saturday afternoon I started calling plumbers in San Marcos. Being a contractor myself I knew it would be difficult to get someone out on a Saturday. Dave was the only one who answered and came right over. Not only did he fix my toilet but he referred me to a potential client. DC plumbing is now my preferred plumbing company. Affordable, professional, and a no B.S. approach is what you'll get with this company. I will refer them to my clients and friends.
