Our hot water heater needed replacement so we contacted Davis Plumbing/ dba Vargas Plumbing for an estimate. While we were at it, we asked them to include a recycling hot water pump to the system. They responded promptly with a favorable estimate and we're able to perform the job a few days later. Our 20 yr old hot water tank flooded the garage. We called Davis on Sunday, and first thing Monday morning, James the owner came over to assess.

We'd been thinking about tankless, but figure the cost and availability would be prohibitive. But NO, James (the owner) not only discussed the system with us, but the pricing was little more than a new tank.

PLUS he installed it today, right after we approved the quote.

Yesterday my toilet flooded early morning before going to work. I freaked out and quickly called my best friend, who referred me to Davis Plumbing. Without hesitation, I called their number and spoke to their dispatcher Karen. Karen was professional and was able to send someone within an hour. Jesse, the technician, came in and professionally greeted me. He was knowledgeable and explained the situation to me. He was efficient, and his work ethic was impeccable. In 30 minutes, I had a running toilet.
