Live in Rossmoor. Had the toilet anchors come loose on a concrete foundation. Being it was a toilet created some consternation. Called MOD and spoke with the supervisor Chris. Had a call from Karen at Davis within a half hour. Being later in the afternoon I was given an appt for the next day between 10 and noon. Allen showed up early and was gone before noon. He was professional, courteous and knew his stuff. This was about as painless as a toilet issue could be. Thank you all at Davis Plumbing.

while cleaning up from dinner last night I heard a thud under the sink and water starting going everywhere. turned out my garbage disposal literally fell off the sink spewing water and food debris everywhere. I called them this morning about 7:50 and by 10:15 Alan and Jessie were here to save the day and sure enough, that was exactly what had happened. After 10 years, it had somehow ""vibrated"" loose which both plumbers said they had never seen happen. They were quick, efficient, thorough, friendly, honest and fairly priced. With an older home there is always something and we will definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family. Highly recommend!!!

They do NOT stand by their work. Will never hire them again! They came to fix a faucet, said they did and in a few months the problem was back. Different people came out and said it was NOT FIXED PROPERLY the last time and that a new part had been needed to fix it. They went to get the part and fixed it (but it still is NOT working properly!), but charged to fix their error in the first place. NO discount was given; NO consideration for their error! When we called the office, they said they'd check into it and call back. Never did. TERRIBLE SERVICE and incompetent work!

Davis Plumbing has come to our rescue on two occasions and will continue to be our go-to plumber in the area. Joe is a friendly, knowledgeable, professional and (most importantly) FAIR business owner. He was able to diagnose / identify the issues quickly and resolve them on the spot which saved us both time and money. Joe and his team will not shortcut jobs or resort to ""quick fixes."" Their work is thorough and quality. Can't recommend them enough!

I called and left a message after hours last night. Karen called back this morning and by 10 am, two employees arrived to find out the source of the leak under my kitchen sink. They found a couple of problems, left to get two parts, returned immediately, and fixed everything within a few more minutes. They even cleaned up under the sink - left it nicer than when they arrived!

I rarely write reviews but I'm just so impressed with Davis plumbing. This is the second time I've needed a good plumber to bail me out and Joe Davis has come to my rescue. Each time he has had a busy schedule and came out almost immediately to help me with my plumbing problems. I'm also in the building trades and know how important good service is from an exceptional craftsman and with Joe Davis that's what you get. I could not be happier with Davis plumbing.

I asked for a quotation to have a kitchen faucet installed. The quotation was for 1 hour labor and any parts. They come and look at the the set up and called me. The receptionist mentioned that they needed to install an elbow and needed to shut off the water to the condo complex. I mentioned that there were valves under the sink that would shut off the water to the faucet for them to changed it. They insisted that it was necessary to install an elbow and needed to shut off the water to the building. I scheduled the water shut off and they returned to change the faucet. I was not home when they installed the faucet. They sent an invoice for 2.5 hours of work and changing both cold and warm water valves under the sink. The original valves had no leak and they didn't install an elbow as they originally stated. They changed my over $400 for installing a kitchen faucet when the original estimate was for $120. They over charged me for 1.5 hours of work and a bunch of unnecessary parts including the inconvenience of having to shut off the water to the entire building. They also took the original valve and old faucet with them when I didn't give them permission to remove it from my house.
