Dave's got me an appointment the day after my call, and arrived promptly. They text you when they are on their way and you can see on a map where they are.
He quickly identified the problem of our backed up sink drain and cleaned out the pipes of accumulated rust! I was also pleasantly surprised at the price, lower than expected when dealing with plumbing problems.

Dave is amazing with proper accurate diagnosis instead of random guesses which can be very costly!

Dave was able to walk me through the problem using the live video from the drain snake (plugged main sewer line) which was really helpful in understanding what he was doing and what I was paying for. He explained to me how to identify a plugged sewer line in the future, and recommended a yearly clean out of the main line due to the roots getting into the older clay line. He was also very transparent with his price (one price to fix the problem) unlike other plumbing services I have used in the past.
