I have two bathtubs that were flooding in the past week. I called a plumbing company. They used hydro-jetting to clear the clog. But my bathtub still flooded.
Dave came to help me. He is the most knowledgeable and well-experienced plumber I've ever met. He identified the problem and found the clogging location quickly.
Rather than using the hydro-jetting, he chose to remove the toilet that allows the snake to assess the main pipeline since my house's vent diameter is too small 2"".
He prepared the pads and clothes to protect the hard floor in my house. He cleaned everything after he completed the work. The toilet likes a brand new one after he put it back.
He solved my problem completely and kept my house clean. My bathtubs drain fast now. I will not be concern about the bathtub flooding in the next serval years. I am very happy about his work.
