I've called on Dave for handling all of my personal plumbing needs for more than a decade. In these COVID times, he exercises proper distancing and masks and is careful for himself and the client; he's always conscientious, arrives on time, or calls if he's been tied up. He diagnoses the issues to root cause, explains the problem and the solution, and gets to work. He's clear about pricing and estimating. His work is always spot on and done cleanly and professionally. I wouldn't consider calling anyone else for my plumbing needs, and you shouldn't either...

had 2 sewer line backups within 2 months - oh joy!!!
(end result - needed a new sewer line & clean outs).
called Dave for both after hours / weekend emergency rooter calls.
didn't have a clean out, so he had to go thru the roof - which very few will do anymore.
very nice guy, came quickly, worked hard to clear everything, including snaking 2 tubs inside the house. his camera confirmed the need for a new sewer line.

Hot water went cold on Sunday afternoon, tank looked done so we called. Dave D was at our house at 9a (when he said he would), installed a new hot water heater, fixed some of the shotty work from the remodel and finished by 3p. We had hot water. Cost was what he said it would be.

I just had the distinct pleasure of using David Diaz of Dave's Specialized Rooter for the second. The first time was last December when we was our Christmas Miracle taking care of a fully clogged mainline on the Sunday before Christmas. He came straight over despite being in the middle of Christmas shopping with his family. Unreal! All the while with a smile and good humor! Our hero! Well I just had him come over today to perform PM on the same line to ensure that we don't have a plumbing emergency! I can actual say that i was looking forward to seeing him as he is such a master of his craft and so fun and interesting to talk to! Dave showed up right when promised, a big smile (I could tell by his eyes), wearing a mask and gloves and proceeded to clean out our main. Few people even cary a long enough snake to clean out our line but Dave does! His equipment is modern and well maintained and he is very proud of his services and abilities (as well as proud of his family). In no time, David had cleaned out the line ensuring it would serve our needs. It was clear from the photos attached that we would have been clogging up soon! Unlike the 'big names' David DOES NOT try and upsell you with unneeded equipment or services. He educates you as to options and treats the service as if it were for his own home. I appreciate this more than anything! His expertise, pride and workmanship makes him one of a kind and MY go-to plumber! Not only a master at what he does but a truly great person! Thank you David! Dave was referred by another plumber we trust who wasn't available. We had a leaking hot water supply pipe joint that was flooding our subfloor crawl space. Needless to say this was a stressful situation to face during 4th of July weekend. Luckily, Dave was available and came on a Sunday. He provided a detailed estimate with a fair price, answered all my questions about how he was going to fix this joint, and then went to work. After replacing the 90 degree joint, he tested the system and fixed the leak. Would definitely hire him again for another job.

I have Dave come out twice a year as I have a 100 foot line to the street sewer system which with age has developed some areas that have become infiltrated with roots that would otherwise block the outflow of my home drain water. Dave has always been on time and has done a thorough job; I have two clean outs and he goes the extra mile to run his snake system through the 2nd clean out even when it passes clearly through the first clean out. Furthermore, and importantly for me, his snake system is a wider gauge so it is stronger and better able to power through any line blockage that smaller gauge systems that other rooter companies use might not be able to do. I have experienced these smaller gauge systems from other companies and it was frustrating when they were not successful. Dave's heavier gauge system powers through the blockage and it has been a satisfying experience every time.

I'm a plumber and when I can't open a drain line I call David to the rescue
