David came this weekend to give us a second opinion for a plumbing issue we were having (our upstair neighbor's water was filling up our tubs and the water would not drain). We had called another company and they did a couple of things but could not get it fixed and told us that they need it to demolish our main shower in order to continue. He has a great attitude and is very determined to fix the issue for a very reasonable price. He was able to fix our issue in less than one hour then cleaned both tubs for us. Needless to say that I will now be calling him firs and will let our friends and family know about him.

My sewer line was clogged last night. The water went back to the toilet in the first floor once large amount of water poured into the drain. So I cannot flush the toilet and cannot do the shower. Early this morning I called Dave and luckily got one appointment at 11am. He came in 30 minutes earlier and quickly found out the problem with professional tools. It took him about two hours to remove the toilet, clean the drain and install back the toilet. Finally the sewer line got back to work. I am able to use toilet, shower and washing machine. Very happy. The price is a bit higher but it worths. Dave is also a nice guy and patiently explained the questions I raised. Give him a call if you need a trusted plumber.

I had a backed up sewer line, and called David. He came out same day, troubleshooted the problem with me, and came up with a better solution to the problem than the fix I had in mind. He worked until dark and got the line running, then came back the next day to finish the job. He was communicative, prompt, told me what he was going to do--then did it, and his price was very reasonable. Overall, David did a great job, and I would highly recommend his services.

I had the pleasure of working with David twice. The first time he came by my house to check out the cause of my shower drainage issue. He climbed to my roof and we ran water every way we could for 30 minutes. I couldn't recreate the drainage issue. He made me feel so at ease and explained the whole process, how the piping was configured in the house, and his speculations. He didn't charge me a dime and made sure I knew that he was located nearby and available at any time.

Ultimately I had a major back up on a Saturday, the plumbers' busiest day! I tried calling David but he closed his business temporarily. I called around and I was getting high quotes for dates/times I couldn't accommodate. I figured at this rate, I'd wait for David on Monday. I sent him a text hoping my sewer system wouldn't go completely kaputz. Monday morning, to my relief he called back saying that he could come to the rescue! He climbed onto my roof to clear via the vent line and 1.5 hours later he fixed our issues and we have peace of mind. I can't recommend David enough! He's honest and really knows his stuff from all his experience.

He performed a site inspection and quickly identified the root cause and quickly fixed the problem. He is reasonably priced and more importantly provided 90 days of warranty to cover his work.
