Especially, focusing on our larger vision to buy homes and revitalize them for the market, making them enhanced as rentals or for our clients, like Airbnbs. At this moment, it’s centered around small steps and addressing minor issues that are meaningful to you, notably regarding your investment, so that your permanent home or possibly your initial property doesn’t misuse your diligently earned money or, even worse, force you to accept it. That’s why, we are offering services and will forever offer services to ease those difficult times and render them a little easier, leaving you feeling calm.

My name is John Daum, Owner of Daum Property Investment. I am a 26-year-old business owner who grew up in our lovely state of Indiana. Growing up here, I feel the best part is experiencing all four seasons of the year, the vibrancy of our towns, and how our city is always changing of our city.
