That’s my perspective on our distinctiveness and purpose, and the reason I opted for the name Daum Property Investment. Especially, keeping in mind our greater vision to acquire homes and transform them for the market, making them enhanced as rentals or for our visitors, like Airbnbs. Currently, it’s focused on incremental progress and helping with lesser issues that are significant to you, especially regarding your investment, so that your permanent home or even your initial property doesn’t squander your hard-earned money or, even worse, require you to endure it. That’s why, we are offering services and will forever deliver services to ease those trying times and turn them into a little more manageable, leaving you in a state of calm.

We’re a relatively new creative business operating in the Indianapolis area to achieve a dream of addressing major issues in our community, including housing. Thus, our goal is to position ourselves as one of the most helpful companies that provides our customers exceptional service and affordable housing in the years to come. We are excited about the journey we will create together as a unit.

I am John Daum, the Owner of Daum Property Investment. I am a young business owner who grew up in our beautiful state of Indiana. Having lived here, I think the best part is witnessing all four seasons of the year, the energy of our towns, and the ongoing development of our city.
