First he quoted a ridiculous $375.00 to install a kitchen faucet (which I had). Then suddenly: """"Your garbage disposal is not piped properly: $150.00 to fix that. Then, """"I have to file down this connecting washer because it hits the cabinet and return to the shop"""". + another $150.00 By the time he was finished, my original quote was more than doubled costing $650.00, and he took my old faucet with him without even asking! This company should be cited by the state's attorney general's office with whom I'm filing a complaint.

Terrible customer service. They charged me $650 to reset a toilet that was leaking and put in a new water line. Then exactly 4 months later it is leaking again and they want to charge me again. Will not guarantee their work. I asked them to be considerate and understand that they should back up their work and they refused. Told me I had to pay for them to come out again. Very upsetting.

$575 to replace the guts of a toilet and replace the shut off valve. The toilet brand new only cost $250. I wish I would have read the reviews. This job performed by a plumber should cost $200 at the most. We were out of town which is the only reason we called a plumber in the first place. I called my elderly mother to check up on her and it was to late. She had already agreed to the ridiculous price. I highly recommend against this company. One out of 5 stars is way to generous

Don't use this plumber. They will rip you off and they do not do work up to code. I was a fool and used them twice. First time was for an under slab leak. They cut numerous holes in one if my walls in search of the pipe. You would think a plumber would be able to find a pipe with a bit more accuracy. He ran plastic pipe up and over in my attic and never strapped the piping down as required by code an accident just waiting to happen. This trip cost me about $2500. Had another leak under the slab and I was foolish enough to call them again. This time he pulled out his leak detection kit for $495 and claimed he knew where the leak was. Quoted me over $5000 to repair. I just needed the leak repaired so I went with it but really felt like I was getting screwed. Well I was right. He ran copper pipe on the outside of my house to the attic and plastic to the supply. Again he didn't strap the pipe down in the attic. Another accident waiting to happen. Just had my house repiped by a reputable plumber for the cost of two shoddy repairs by this incompetent sham of a plumber. Better Business Bureau is my next stop.

Just like most people here, I recently got ripped off by this company. I had a clogged drain and erroneously called them because they cleverly placed the name of another plumbing service (the first word) on their Google search caption. Having gotten them and in desperation, I decided to engage them. Like others, they were late but assured me that that I would be pleased. Well, I was pleased that he unclogged the pipe (although I was just about to do it myself) and for ten minutes work (which included his preparation of unloading his hose as well as washing after) I was charged $750! I paid under duress but can assure you that I would NEVER recommend them to anyone! I intend to go to BBB as well and hope that they will soon be out of business if they don't change their ways. For the record, my usual plumber would have done it for $175 had he not been away at the time of my emergency. Stay away from this company!

This is a negative star. I would never recommend this co. Complete rip-off! For clearing a clogged toilet I was charged $275.00!!

do not use this company--they are a rip off and don't honor a legitimate concern---the absolute worst excuse for a company jerry b

Do NOT use this company. If you do you have only yourself to blame. Had a hot water leak under the slab. I tried to get the best leak detection company in Palm Beach County, but they were booked for over a week and we had a family emergency that required the leak to be fixed promptly. Dattile came out promptly, but didn't have the proper equipment for leak detection, but managed to locate it in middle of master bath. Then while I was attending to some work, I came back to find he had cut two 12"""" square holes in the dry wall 20' away in the master bedroom! far away from where the leak was. This cost me $200 to have repaired by somebody else. He then had to cut the drywall in the correct places and he did repair it using PEX through the attic. This has not leaked over many months so the repair was made OK. Even then he first drilled a hole in the hallway ceiling about 6' from where it should've been drilled. Tradesmen know """"measure twice, cut once!"""" Luckily, I could repair it myself with some plaster patch. He charged double what other plumbers told me it would've cost and we're talking over $4,000. Also, he originally told us that the $450 leak detection fee would be deducted from the repair bill if Dattile did it. Then when he came to do the repair he didn't want to deduct it. I refused to sign until he did deduct it. He may do a great job for everybody else, but in our case it was overpriced, dishonest and incompetent.

Don't use this company!! They will try to rip you off badly and act like they are doing you a favor. My husband was out of town. The """"flapper"""" thing inside the toilet tank was broken. (I think it might be called a cock and ball or something like that, lol!) Anyway, my husband told me it was easy to fix, so I watched a YouTube video of how to fix it and it did seem uncomplicated. Off to Home Depot I went with the old part and they hooked me up with the new part which I believe was around $12.00. Try as I might I could not attach it properly. I know nothing about plumbers but my husband said to just call one in the city (Coral Springs) and it wouldn't be too expensive and they should only be in the house for a few minutes. These guys came the next day. 2 men. And older senior age man and a young-ish one. To make a long story short, they tried to tell me a whole bunch of stuff needed to be replaced and it was going to cost about $520!!! I called my husband while they were there and he spoke to them and told them to replace the one piece and get out. Which they did. For $180.00 Turns out that was still quite high as it did take them less than 15 minutes and I had the part. Which they refused to use. Anyway lesson learned. I was ignorant and needed the job done and they saw a female who was not able to fix the simple problem and thought they'd make a quick buck. I wont make that mistake again. P.S.//there really was nothing else wrong with the toilet. It's fine. And its less than 5 years old anyway!

Outrageous! I have a 1 inch pvc valve used for the sprinkler system at my place. The valve is above ground and easily accessible . There is ample pipe on either side of the valve to facilitate a replacement. The valve is frozen shut and needs replacement. The part itself sells for $4 on Amazon. I call these guys up and ask what they charge for a service call. They tell me 85 bucks. For plumber that sounded reasonable. I scheduled an appointment for today. I was prepared for maybe 125 to 150 as a reasonable fee including a part including the plumber and including the company for everybody to walk away happy. The plumber arrived Within the scheduled window. After shaking hands and introducing myself, I brought him to the valve that needed replacing He goes back into his truck where he stays there for about 5 minutes and returns to tell me that the job would cost $405. That is beyond ridiculous. I told him no way, gave him his $85, would not sign anything and told him to be on his way. I wouldn't waste another second on these guys. I wonder if I could write off the 85 bucks as an education expense
