Don't use this company!! They will try to rip you off badly and act like they are doing you a favor. My husband was out of town. The """"flapper"""" thing inside the toilet tank was broken. (I think it might be called a cock and ball or something like that, lol!) Anyway, my husband told me it was easy to fix, so I watched a YouTube video of how to fix it and it did seem uncomplicated. Off to Home Depot I went with the old part and they hooked me up with the new part which I believe was around $12.00. Try as I might I could not attach it properly. I know nothing about plumbers but my husband said to just call one in the city (Coral Springs) and it wouldn't be too expensive and they should only be in the house for a few minutes. These guys came the next day. 2 men. And older senior age man and a young-ish one. To make a long story short, they tried to tell me a whole bunch of stuff needed to be replaced and it was going to cost about $520!!! I called my husband while they were there and he spoke to them and told them to replace the one piece and get out. Which they did. For $180.00 Turns out that was still quite high as it did take them less than 15 minutes and I had the part. Which they refused to use. Anyway lesson learned. I was ignorant and needed the job done and they saw a female who was not able to fix the simple problem and thought they'd make a quick buck. I wont make that mistake again. P.S.//there really was nothing else wrong with the toilet. It's fine. And its less than 5 years old anyway!

Outrageous! I have a 1 inch pvc valve used for the sprinkler system at my place. The valve is above ground and easily accessible . There is ample pipe on either side of the valve to facilitate a replacement. The valve is frozen shut and needs replacement. The part itself sells for $4 on Amazon. I call these guys up and ask what they charge for a service call. They tell me 85 bucks. For plumber that sounded reasonable. I scheduled an appointment for today. I was prepared for maybe 125 to 150 as a reasonable fee including a part including the plumber and including the company for everybody to walk away happy. The plumber arrived Within the scheduled window. After shaking hands and introducing myself, I brought him to the valve that needed replacing He goes back into his truck where he stays there for about 5 minutes and returns to tell me that the job would cost $405. That is beyond ridiculous. I told him no way, gave him his $85, would not sign anything and told him to be on his way. I wouldn't waste another second on these guys. I wonder if I could write off the 85 bucks as an education expense

SCAM ARTISTS!!! Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. Was hired to clean out a drain. Contractor didn't prepare the outside clean out to capture the debris. Rather, he """"blew"""" slime, muck and assorted unknown """"nasties"""" all over my outdoor kitchen, including my stainless steel grill, refrigerator and cabinets and my concrete paver floor. It took me 90 minutes to clean up the majority of the scum. Also, the contractor used my towels and bleach in a half-a$$ed attempt to clean underneath the kitchen sink. Clearly, he had not come prepared or with his own clean up supplies. Also, THIS CONTRACTOR SABOTAGED MY GARBAGE DISPOSAL. I wasn't home when the service was done. So, I had a close friend meet him there. When I left in the morning, prior to the contractor's arrival, I checked the drain and the disposal, hoping the problem had worked itself out, enabling me to cancel the house call. The drain was still clogged and the disposal worked fine. When the contractor called me to tell me the disposal was making a racket and needed to be replaced for $500 (fyi Lowes sells the same unit for $89), I told him that was odd because it worked fine before he arrived. I told him not to replace the disposal. When I got home, I turned on the disposal and it sounded terrible. I shut it off, reached in, and, in less than 15 seconds, I removed a small screw. The disposal worked fine. I looked under the sink and noticed a screw was missing from some wiring, What a coincidence!! The screw I removed was the one missing from below. I guess it either found its own way from the cabinet below the sink, out through the door and into the disposal - or - the contractor placed it in the disposal. And, even if it was a MAGIC SCREW, surely when he reached in the disposal he could have retrieved it himself. For the 45 minutes he was at my house, he charged $375!!! I called his office to complain and to speak to a manager or the business owner. The person that answered the phone, Christina, told me I was exaggerating and no one would call me back. Then, she hung up on me.

Some plumbing companies should not be in business at all. Dattile & Sons is at the top of the list. Anyone who uses them should have the BBB on speed dial. TOTAL RIP OFF !! * $250 to replace a shut off valve for a toilet (Part sells for $20 max at Lowe's) * Original quote of $2400 to replace 2 toilets...owner did us a favor by coming down to $1500. *Then there's rude, verbally abusive Christina... It took me 4 phone calls & 7 days later to finally be emailed copies of my invoices. When I asked a simple question of why I had to keep calling back, her switch was flipped, she raised her voice and yelled """" IT'S NOT THE END OF THE WORLD """". She has no idea of how important customer relations are when it comes to a service business. We will never use them again and make sure our condominium community is put on notice.

I had just lost my Father was so tired I allowed this company to rip me off. They charged me 326 $ to fix a running toilet. He was here for 15 to 20 mins, Toilet was clean wasn't flooded or stopped up only required new parts in the tank. He called it a minor toilet tank rebuilt. Wording it so I wouldn't realize I was getting ripped off. Said 500$ for a new valve if I wanted one which I didn't need. Please don't use them.

The work was done quickly and appears well done. My problem is not with their quality but with their prices. They offer a $50 online coupon but even with that applied, $355 to change a 3/4"""" ball valve in a condo with no cutting or restoration of the drywall needed was a bit steep. Of course once they have you committed for the $85 service fee, you are pretty much at their mercy.

complete rip off company. Never returned to complete job and the receptionist was extremely rude and stopped answering my phone calls. BEWARE

This is the biggest rip-off plumbing company in Coral Springs! Trust other reviews, and don't use them. The main water shut-off valve to our house needed to be replaced. All the technician had to do was cut off the old valve and solder on a new valve; it took him less than 30 minutes and we live in the same town. He charged my husband $478. Shame on you, Dattile and Sons.

I had what I assumed was a simple job of a cap coming off in my tub. Called this company and said I need service before 1 PM because I had a doctor appointment in the afternoon. No call. I recalled and asked if they were coming and the rude phone answerer said with a tone in her voice """"they will call between 11 and 1."""" It was already after 11. Went to my doctor and came home. Called another company and was serviced at the time they said they would come. Guess what, DATILE, it wasn't a tiny job, I am the lay person. it was a serious job and cost me $910. You lost!!! Never use this terrible company that did not even call me to say they were or were not coming!

We woke up hearing a water leak in our walls. A plumber suggested we call a leak specialist. We called them on a Sunday and they came first thing Monday am. 495.00 just to find the leak electronically. The website has 50.00 a service so I mentioned that and paid 445. There were here for about 45 mins and I felt that was a bit pricey for the leak detection. We got a quote for the repair and plan on shopping around.
