I called this plumbing company for a leaky shower. They came out and replaced the valve in the shower mechanism which was about a forty minute job. The service call was $85 which I was told would be included in the job if we moved forward. They ended up charging me $475.00 which to me was price gouging for senior citizens. I will never use them again and I wish I had looked at their reviews on line before allowing them to move forward, since this wasn't the first time they have overcharged previous customers.! Customers beware!!

I called and got quote to replace ONE SHUT OFF VALVE for a bathroom sink with service charge and parts for $80 plus parts. The man who came out saw that my Husband was there and we had just cleaned up a flood because this valve broke and he had to miss his flight and needed to get to the next flight. The man quoted my Husband $500!!!!!!! My Husband told him this was crazy and after much negotiations my Husband out of desperacy to make his next flight agreed to pay $350!!!!! This company is unethical and a total rip off. They quote you one thing and then they just charge whatever they can hold you up for. BEWARE they have ZERO integrity and do not care about their reputation or repeat customers. They just want to get the max $$$$ from you.

We had a problem with our sewer filled with roots from fichus trees. Everything was backing up and it was a Sunday. I called Dattile and Sons Plumbing. Within an hour Keith came out and gave us an estimate before starting work. He then the fichus roots from our sewer pipe and make sure everything was functioning again. Keith was great, understanding and personable. He did a professional job and we will definitely use him again. You can count on this company.

My husband trusted these guys, America is changing to bad, very bad I believe in Karma what goes, comes back Well, one star, if I could, would be a million negative stars - He came to exchange a toilet flush (the complete bathroom tank repair kit costs $ 20), the bill is $ 502 he encountered a problem that did not exist or was not necessary in my hose, (to overload the account) also, he used my towel to clean his mess. When I called, the person that is used to complaints, did tell me which towel you could use from """"my neighbor""""? if he was working at our home, he needed to use our towel. just put in the washer and wash I asked for the person who did the job and she said he won't call me back because I was talking loudly. So you understand, they don't care, So, these guys are a day at work don't use this company My husband trusted these guys, America is changing to bad, very bad I believe in Karma what goes, comes back

We had a problem where our toilet kept running and wasting water. We were going to fix it ourselves. The entire mechanism in the toilet tank had to be replaced. As with all DYI projects, there are always things that are unknown. I had no desire to spend a day dealing with that. I called Datille and they came out quickly. It was fixed in about 30 mins. These guys know what they are doing.

We had an emergency leak on a Saturday morning, Dattile fit us in and came as they said within an hour. We were frantic but Keith was so professional, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing need and will be using them again for upgrades to our kitchen and bathrooms.

It's very difficult to find an honest plumber in this day and age. They came out super fast to diagnose a problem with the sewer and did a fantastic job clearing it up. I have since used them again for a new water line we needed as well. Thanks again !

We took a chance with this company, not knowing anyone in Florida. Their prompt response and good work saved us a lot of grief. They were able to detect the complicated issue in our lines and fix it for us. The nice part about Daytime Plumbing is that they don't forget about you. We received calls everyday to check on the problem. I would trust them with your business.

Dattile and Sons Plumbing. If I could give this company NO STARS i would. They told us on the phone that it would be $450 to use a camera to find a leak in a pipe in our bathroom which I had no problem paying. We scheduled them to come out and when they got there they upped the charge $150 to use a """"locator"""" My husband asked why they needed to use a locator when the camera should show the break. Their excuse was the camera sees the break but the locator would tell them where the break was. So we said ok even though I didn't like the fact they changed the price once coming out. He stuck a camera in the pipe from the roof and within 5 minutes he claimed he found the break and marked blue tape outside the house on the sidewalk and said that;'s where the broken pipe was. He then proceeded to give us an estimate for $2,000 to fix it. Well since they ripped us off on the initial price, I had someone else come out and LOW AND BEHOLD, THERE'S NO BROKEN PIPE. They dug up the sidewalk even further down from where Dattile said the break was and no break what so ever. The line only needed to be snaked out from it being clogged. I then proceeded to call Dattile and asked to speak with the owner. The lady on the phone told me was not available and asked if she could help. I told her what happened with the whole situation and I told her I was going to put a bad review in regards to it. She got an attitude with me, told me not to talk over her and then told me she would not give the owner the message. Well I hope everyone reads this review and thinks twice before hiring this company. THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND THEY LIE TO GET THE JOB. If I wouldn't of had someone else come out for a second opinion, they would have charged me $2,000 to fix something that wasn't even broken and I wouldn't have been the wiser. I was going to report them to the BBB, but unfortunately they are not members. Their license # is CFC1426068 and they are a horrible busines
