Our kitchen sink suddenly clogged tight. For a week we tried fixing it ourselves to avoid paying a plumber. Plunging, chemicals, a cheap snake. Nothing helped. I called our plumber, who recommended Dash. Adam came over within two hours. He quickly located the clog, brought in a heavy duty electric snake and worked it down the drain pipe. Success! Drain was totally clear.

I was very impressed with Adam's professionalism, skill and congenial nature. And the job cost less than I thought it would. Dash is competent, punctual, honest and reasonable. In other words, the total opposite of what you get from most other companies. They'll definitely be my go-to company for any drain or pipe problems I have in the future.

Live in Newburyport and noticed on a Saturday morning that we had a clogged drain pipe in the basement along with some flooding from back flow pressure. Called a few local plumbers but were told somebody would get back to us. Hours later, no call so I looked up this company on yelp and gave them a call. A nice woman picked up the phone right away got my information and said an on-call would call me. Ok... heard that before... but 10 mins later Coltin called! I explained the situation and he knew exactly what the problem was, he'd heard this before. He was located in Beverly and was at the house in 1 hour. Coltin was very pleasant and professional and thorough. He assessed the situation and confirmed it was indeed a blockage. Didn't take long before he pulled about 50 ""flushable"" wipes out of my drain pipe. Very satisfied customer will be calling Dash Drains again should I need this type of service again.

We had a sewer line back up, creating a huge disgusting mess is our basement. I was worried what this meant on a Saturday. I found Dash Drains on yelp and called. Someone picked up immediately and the technician, Colton, was paged. He called about 15 mins later and provided some advice to minimize the mess while he finished the job he was currently on. He estimated it would be about two hours before he could get to us (two hours faster than the other two companies I had called first), but he arrived within about 90 minutes. He diagnosed the problem quickly and remedied the situation efficiently. He was very professional and polite and answered many questions. He made some suggestions of proactive work to be done to avoid other problems in the future (things Dash doesn't do- so it wasn't making business for themselves). I was dreading what the bill for this would be, especially on an emergency basis, but it was very reasonable. He made a very shitty situation (pun intended) much less awful. I'd highly recommend.

I highly recommend Dash Drains . I was concerned that I might have a sewer line issue due to a sinkhole that appeared in my driveway in an area that I thought was very close to drain pipe . I called 2 other companies before calling Dash . First guy was a no show (I waited all day ) and second guy couldn't get the camera down the 2 in drain . Dash Drain came out on time , had the mini cam that was needed, gave me a full and detailed explanation of what we were looking at while he was doing the video inspection , cleaned up (Windex and all ) the area when finished and charged 100.00 less that what the previous 2 guys quoted. He also gave me copy of the inspection right after he finished . The news was good : no sewer line cracks . I am 100% confident that Dash can accurately and honestly diagnose and correct whatever drain issues you might have .

We have had multiple companies out for an older drain not working. Our septic had backed up into our home multiple times - leaving a bathroom destroyed. We called Dash drains desperate after not being able to use our plumbing for 48 hours (due to the blizzard). Serve Pro came out prior and cleaned the mess and when Charlie (my hero!) showed up, I figured that mess would be duplicated and Serve Pro's cost would be a wash. Charlie recognized this on his own and decided to avoid snaking our main line through the bathroom to avoid a mess and went through our septic tank (so much more work for him)! He went ABOVE and beyond addressing our issues and camera'd our line, which no other company even offered to do. He found the roots causing our issue and then marked in our yard where that was for the plumbers in the future so we can replace the pipe in the spring. He was VERY respectful in answering all of our naive homeowner questions. Charlie was extremely professional and very kind. I cannot say enough about this company and Charlie! Thank you for giving us a direction.

This is the 3rd time that I've used Dash Drains. They are always quick to return the phone call & will come out as quickly as you want them to. Their prices are fair & their workmanship is professional. This last time, Colton responded to a clogged main drain. It's not a glamorous job, but Colton was very polite & performed his duties with a smile. He didn't hesitate to stick his hands into a ""not so pretty"" mix of biohazards. He explained what he was doing along the way & showed me what he found to be the obstruction. He cleaned up nicely after himself & made me feel very comfortable that the problem was solved. I highly recommend them & I would not hesitate to call them again.
