I haven't reviewed Dan and his crew in quite awhile... that's because their last job was so good I haven't had to give them a call in years! I did have a recent issue at my restaurant in San Rafael that sort of snowballed into a bigger job than we had originally thought. They handled all the repairs with ease and precision, and Dan even came back the next day to make sure the job was 110% completed! These guys are the only option for local residential or commercial plumbing, I won't go anywhere else. Thanks again Dan!

Recently a pipe outside was leaking and I called another plumber who was not able to come immediately. They referred me to Dan's Plumbing. I called Dan's and left a message and received a return call within 15 minutes. I was put on the schedule for that same day within a 2 hour period. The truck was running late that day so they called me within the last hour to let me know this and gave me another estimated time of arrival which was within the next hour. When the guys showed up, they introduced themselves by name, were friendly, and quickly determined that the pipe was a connection to my sprinkler system so it could be turned off to stop the water waste and fixed at a later date when I will need to use my sprinklers. The entire process took a total of 10 minutes so they did not charge me for their time. The fact that they drove to my home and temporarily fixed the problem at no charge demonstrates great customer service. I highly recommend Dan's Plumbing which is a small local company.

We have used Dan's Plumbing: 1) Install of water heater in July & inspected by City/Town inspector who stated ""the best installation job"" he has seen. 2) A laundry backup on December 28 & Lucas (affable gentleman) was able to clear the line & correctly install laundry faucet; (previously installed by ""Bay Area Consumers' Checkbook) xxx plumber incorrectly installed the faucet. We are very pleased with the work & he took his shoes off! We highly recommend them for their professionalism, reliability, and expertise. We would not hesitate to call them again & we did!

We recently thought we had a problem with our pump in our backyard.. With all the rain it wasn't quite draining and our yard was flooding.. Lucas Bell, from Dan's Plumbing was at our neighbors home and I asked him if he had a minute if he could look at our sump pump as I thought I needed a new one and asked him if he could help us. He came over when he was done at our neighbors house. He hit the rest button and repluged it and just like magic it worked!!!! He didn't even laugh at us!!:)). We love Dan's Plumbing. We had an emergency on a Saturday night (of course) and Dan was able to come by that night. Obviously, the words plumbing and emergency don't go well together and caused much angst and Bernadette handled the situation perfectly, remaining calm and taking care of us. We've worked with them on other projects and they are professional, on time and take their time to help us out and get us the best service and costs that they can. We love working with them.

We had numerous plumbing problems with leaks in 3 bathrooms and a kitchen sink. Lucas, from Dan's Plumbing, arrived right on time and was exceptionally neat and polite. He professionally explained what each problem was and had the necessary parts to repair each item on my ""honey do list.""

We had a waterfall in out downstairs from an upstairs kitchen sink. It turned out to be a loose fitting on the detachable spray on the faucet. Dan found it and fixed it and would not accept a call out fee because it was an easy fix. I think that kind of old school approach is nearly extinct but most welcome. I won't hesitate to call him for any future plumbing needs. He is a genuine honest tradesman.
