This happened in our 1 bathroom home used by our family of five with three young children. I did not get to admire the fine work of Dan's Plumbing Service lauded by others on Yelp. But, I discovered a broken water pipe just outside our house when I returned home from work last night. Bernadatte returned my call within a half-hour. Dan's didn't have any available plumbers for the next day so Bernadtete gave me the name of another plumber she trusted and she even followed up with me the next day to see if the other plumber responded and/or if I was still in need of service. That is 5-star worthy in my book! I'm not sure the other plumber's price was so great -- it seemed a a bit dear to me -- but it was an emergency, they responded right away, and seemed to do a great job so I went with it. Thanks!

Very happy with Dan's job associated with our bathroom remodel. We supplied the valve and shower parts, Dan prepped it with new plumbing, roughed in the new drain, and then installed the master shower, sink faucet, and toilet at the end of our tiling and remodel project. He was on time, took his work very seriously, and did exactly what we wanted. Dan and his helper were prompt and professional. Couldn't be happier with his work!

I discovered that we had a backed up sewer and called Dan based on the Yelp rating. I'm glad I did. He called me back promptly and was even going to give me references if I didn't want to wait until the end of the day. But I did and he showed up, snaked/rooted the drain, and was done with the job before that other MV plumber even called me back. He was reliable and up front about his availability. We'll definitely call him again.
