Talked to the receptionist once and left two (2) voice mails for the service manager. No one ever called me back. Completely unresponsive.

My shower handle broke in the middle of the night while the water was running. I attempted to fix it my self and only made matters worse. My wife called Daniels Plumbing, and within an hour Tim Wade was at my door. Not only did he get everything repaired and reassembled, he educated me on what I could do next time. Tim went around and made sure everything else was in order before he left. I will gladly use them again!

After a house fire, we had to deal with many contractor's and the only one we had problems with was Daniel's plumbing. Tim, came out and did the bid and was one of the 2 plumbers who did the job. We paid in advance. Some of the work was never completed and some was done wrong. We had to pay another plumbing company to come out and fix Daniel's plumbings work...costing $2,400. I spoke several times with the supervisor, Chris who agreed they owed us $1,000. But then came back a few days later changing the prices on the original bid! The made claims of trips they made to our house that never happened. Then they started refusing my calls. BEWARE...stay away from this company that does not care about their customers or take pride in their work!!

Excellent service! I had an unexpected leak in our upstairs bathroom over the weekend. They were able to get someone out right away and were quick to get the issue resolved before it caused anymore damage. Will definitely be using them again for any future needs.

I have owned a home for the past five years and have only had minor issues. Daniel's Plumbing is who my family has used forever and I am happy to say I am continuing to be a client. They are always very responsive, affordable, have great customer service and are very clear on what needs to be done to fix my plumbing issues. Extremely unreliable. I called and arranged an appointment a week early to have a certain plumber come out and plumb two sinks in a new bathroom vanity. I arranged my entire day around having them do this work, and when no one showed at the planned time I called to find out why. I was told the plumber I had reserved was not available. No one bothered to call me, and the office manager, while agreeing that the office should have called me the night before to let me know, did not seem to care that her staff never bothered to do that. My advice, steer clear of this company.

The first of February, prior to the freeze, my 83 yr old neighbor called Daniels Plumbing for a leaking toilet. It needed a new wax ring. The plumber talked her into replacing the toilet, as well as both of her old, but functioning hot water heaters. He charged her $5000 to replace the hot water heaters, saying, "I will throw in the new toilet."
Please note that, during the freeze, I had two hot water heaters replaced in my house due to freeze damage for $2400. (Mine were more difficult to replace, since they had to go up pull down attic stairs). I did not use Daniels Plumbing. According to the price i paid for my heaters, my neighbor's "free toilet" cost her $2600.
One excuse for the delay was getting a carpenter (plumber's choice) to replace a short baseboard, which was removed to check for water damage. Meanwhile, she has had an open sewer line for six weeks, with only a couple of towels stuffed in the opening. When she complained to me of the smell, I knew this was not healthy for an 83 year old woman with severe allergies, to be breathing. My husband and I attempted to temporarily cover the sewer opening for her.
My neighbor continues to call Daniels, and keeps getting a future date to have the toilet replaced.
Not only was the price more than double what other companies charged, even during a crisisan elderly woman with medical issues, should not be exposed to an open sewer line in her house for six weeks.
Decide for yourself if this was a case of taking advantage of an elderly lady, price-gouging, and total disregard for her health.
Please note: The latest appointment was for 8:00 this morning. When no one showed, my neighbor called and was told, "we will try to get someone out today."

I will never use this plumber ever again.

Talk about price gouging... They came to my house and to fix 2 toilets. The tech quoted $1400 for an all day job. He was done in an hour and a half and said it was easier than he originally thought but he still had to charge me for a whole day because that is how they charge, but gave me a $200 discount. Big Deal! The owner never called me back and that is just bad business.

Then we had the problem with the Houston freeze. They estimated $485 PER LEAK! That's just plain criminal for something that literally takes minutes. That's right, $485 to cap a pipe.

Loved that they were able to send someone out within a couple of hours and even got us scheduled for service the next day early morning so that it would not affect our business much with the water being off. Tim did a great job and was super friendly. Service was A++. A true excellent customer experience!
