I have used Daniels plumbing twice for plumbing issues. They arrived when they said they would and completed the work quickly. Both times Brice came out and explained the issue and repairs very well.

We've had very mixed results with Daniels Plumbing based on the technician they sent. Our first call in May great; the tech explained exactly what we needed. The second call in October to fix our leaky shower left it in an unusable state with a drifting handle. The tech's response was that it was because the new cartridge had better lubrication and we needed to buy a knob without a handle. This same setup is working in our other bathroom so we got a second opinion and are now having the repair repaired by a different company.

Daniels Plumbing has a place on its website whereby one can email them, give a brief description of the problem, and ask for a quote. I did this and received an email back which read "We would be happy to come out and give you an estimate. We like to come out and look at this before we give an estimate." I called and was told there would be a charge of $80 for an estimate but would be waived if I had them do the work. The woman on the phone complained that the company had spent so much money on time and gas going out and giving estimates. Can anyone see through this $80 charge for an estimate? One is faced with a "take it or leave it estimate" which is no doubt higher than others and, therefore, loses $80 to these characters. I noticed that the stellar reviews the company has been receiving has dropped off within the last year probably as a result of this "estimate charge."

They do not back their work. 4 months after 1 year warranty expired on install, toilet leaked and destroyed my garage ceiling. Owner refused to even reduce re-install costs. Disappointing. Will find another plumber to "trust". Recommend you do the same.

Update: alternate plumber confirmed installation of wax ring that was too small. No new information that would change my one star review.

Daniels plumbing is always reliable! They always pick up the phone, get someone out as soon as possible and do the very best work. We just recently had the pleasure of working with Brice and he was incredibly knowledgeable, honest and polite. Will always use Daniels and refer to others!

Have been using Daniels Plumbing for the last 7 months for an ongoing issue at our office. ( Moving out of the building asap as it is a lease) We have called them out, one to two times or more a month due to drainage backup. Performing a "Hydro Stop Jet" each time. Daniels plumbing has charged us over 2000.00 each visit, totaling about 20,000.00. Today we decided to have a different plumber come out to give us a quote. let me just say I was completely disgusted when I got the price today for the same service. Not even a quarter of what Daniels Plumbing has been charging a repeat customer every month. The new company not only charged us a quarter of what Daniels Plumbing was charging us but warrantied their work for 90 days. Please do not let them take advantage of you, the way they did us.

Update to review posted on 1/30/2024 regarding Daniels Plumbing. Their supervisor called the day after that review was posted and wanted to understand the issue. I explained it to him as per my review and provided some suggestions. He was receptive and understood our position. He said they took actions to remedy the situation internally and they did not charge for the service. I appreciate the response and action. For that alone - I will add a Good rating on this review update.

Thought my day was going to be bad. I was up in attic and stepped on a pipe and broke it, had water leaking out called another plumber I have used in the past but they could not get here till next week. I looked up next closet plumber and founded Daniel's I called and within 25 minutes had an appointment set up
Mr Michael Craig showed up and identified the problem, it not water pipe of any sort just the 2nd drain for hot water tray, he gave estimate since the pipes been patched in the past with wrong size of pipe, we discussed it and declined the repair at this time. I will definitely use them if I ever need a plumber again..Highly recommend there company and Mr Michael craig as the man for the job. Thanks for making my day better yall rock.
