When I called Old Republic Home Warranty for a broken water heater they referred us to Daniels Plumbing. Daniels Plumbing came thru for us not only once but twice on very short notice when we needed a water heater fixed in order to close escrow on schedule. If Dan says he'll take care of it, then that means he will take care of it. They do the best they can to schedule you in as soon as possible. Thank you again for coming thru on such short notice.

Daniel seems like a really nice guy. Was referred to me by our warranty company otherwise I would have used my own plumber. When the problem still was not fixed, 2 more plumbers came out to tell me he didn't do a good job and was going to charge me more than double. Don't waste your time.

We had an issue in our home that was covered by the home warranty company. They sent out Daniel. He came out, inspected the issue and took his $75 fee from us. He was polite and talked as if he was knowledgeable. He Promised to report to the warranty company and get back to us. Two passed and we hadn't heard from him. We called the insurance company and he had not contacted them. They called him and he promised to get back but never did. It is over a month now and our problem is not resolved. The insurance company has given up on Daniel and is sending someone else out.

Daniel's plumbing is a fraud and a con artist.
Do not work with this guy. Sent by warranty company. My water heater broke. Daniel (black guy) came by, looked at my water heater for 3 seconds. Left and said that I would get a phone call back from his secretary. Hours later I get a call from the warranty company telling me that Daniel needs to replace my hoses. Warranty does not cover hoses- out of pocket would cost over $575 to replace 3 hoses. My original hoses are fine and in excellent working conditions, the hoses does not need to be replaced. But Daniel insisted that it does and I have replace them-$575.
The same hoses at home depot or lowes will cost anywhere between $15-25 depending on what hose you buy.
He's a bullshitter, a fraud, and a con man. Don't work with this guy.

This Daniel guy is Completely Incompetent. Sent by home warranty company, he stripped the shower valve screw. This next plumber can't remove the valve now to replace it and has to break open the pony wall to access it. Moron. This straight forward valve replacement has turned into a nightmare because of daniel's incompetence. He doesn't have proper knowledge to be a licensed plumber, and I don't believe most of these 5-star reviews are legitimate customers.

NOT HONEST AT ALL! If I could give this guy negative stars I would. Daniel took advantage of my husband and I and our bad situation. What should have only cost us no more than $600 ended up being triple. All for snaking a main line and using upscale equipment to locate the pipes in my house. He spent about an hour here and that was about it. His quote was outrageous but my husband was in pain and desperate. Then to top it all off he tacked on $200 extra when charging us for taxes!? Plumbers don't charge taxes. When my husband asked for an itemized detailed receipt for his services we got a short essay on what our problems were and it only stated that he ""cleared the drains"". Sorry but clearing drains doesn't cost $1400. My husband certainly did not agree to such an outlandish price. Never using this guy again. I was seriously disappointed.

Daniel, himself showed up to work on a leak we had. He was very professional and personable as well. Daniel was very knowledgeable and even cleaned up the mess. I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you again Daniel.

This guy is a joke. He was sent by home warranty co as water isn't getting very hot in one of the bathrooms. Looked, left for store to find a part, said he'd be back later that day, and never heard from him again. Called my warranty co to find out he came up with some bs reason it wasn't fixable: hard water deposits because I don't have a water softener. News flash, I do have a water softener. Ask or check. I'm sure he couldn't find the part, but still wanted to get paid. He said there was no brand name on my fixtures, but I told him there is, it says SH which is ShowHouse by Moen. He said no, he was a Moen certified expert and it wasn't that brand. It was generic. Hmm. Google before you sound like an idiot. Now I have to wait for the next (hopefully skilled this time) plumber. Thank goodness I have a back-up shower.
