I strongly don't recommend this unprofessional company!
Bad attitude from Blanca in the office.!
They got referred to my by my home warranty company ""old republic"" they never answer the calls and poor communication through nonsense messages. After Daniel's initial visit to my place to look at my water heater leakage, (I wasn't home so my neighbour thankfully opened the place for him) and because I wasn't home I kept calling them afterwards multiple times to know what is the plan for the repair and they never answered my calls, instead I kept getting this nonsense msgs from the lady in the office (btw she's so rude and having a very bad attitude)
She finally called me after my last msg (see the attached pic) told me over the phone why you are texting too much we don't have to call you I told her I have technical questions that the warranty company couldn't answer it.
Finally they went ahead and charged the warranty company for the visit without even proceeding finishing the work.
I read several reviews saying the same thing that they always go for the initial visit fee and never come back.
Apparently this lady will make Daniel lose more and more business.

This place is a clown show. The person answering the calls has not been properly trained in customer service. Blanca needs to find another job if she doesn't like dealing with customers and their needs. My home warranty company contacted them to replace my water heater. They have been called and emailed with the authorization work order and it seems they don't want to work or make money. Total disregard for the customers' needs. I honestly don't know how they have reviews with more than one star. I'm giving them 1 star because it won't let me post without a star. I've been trying to get them to work on my water heater since last week.

First contact I had with this plumbing Company was in May 2022. I contacted Select Home Warranty (SHW). After few referral from SHW Daniel showed up, collected $75 check, looked at the stains in the ceiling below two upstairs showers and said, ""Ahh, I know exactly what's going on"". I am handy man and have family in plumbing heating business but this was referred through SHW so I have to put up with this. Daniel, (the owner) said I cannot fix anything until I expose the ceiling and that I needed to contact a Restoration company. He handed me a business card for a local company he had business relations with. The RESTORATION company showed up and said that the process would entail so much work and it would exceed my regular home insurance deductible of $2500. They suggested I file first claim ever. They assisted talking to adjuster and a claim was filed. They sealed the area and began working and left special machines for days collecting hours and $$$$. I attempted to reach Daniel of Daniel's Plumbing Services and he indicated that SHW denied the claim but not to worry. After further contacts with SHW they indicated that the plumbing issue is not covered as Daniel reported to them it was a missing fixture that caused leaks. Daniel again assured me that this was their interpretations of his language. So, I am now stuck with SHW not accepting responsibility and the ceiling is opened in two areas above formal Dining room and the Kitchen. The restoration company knew Daniel and intervene to get home to come in and fix the problem. After three months Daniel came one Friday afternoon in June, rushing. He stated I have to go to Home Depot get some parts and have to make it home as he promised wife to bring home dinner. He returned with shower spout and 7""copper pipe and seal tape. He cut an 18x24"" drywall behind the shower and realized did not need it so he began to replace old pipe and spout form the shower. His wife called while he is trying to complete that task and nagged him about the dinner. He rushed , missed a pipe cover ring and indicated he had to go and will finish the other bathroom following Tuesday as he has to order parts. He demanded I pay him then. I asked for invoice, he promised me he will detail one so that I collect everything from the insurance company. I haded him AMEX card and asked me for another because he did not take AMEX card. NI used Apple Card and he charged $1843.46. When I complained about the amount for such a small job, he said not to worry, ""I am going to replace everything in the other bathroom, and fix all your sinks, bathrooms and anything I need. The insurance will pay you back everything, I promised, he said. Tuesday passed and Daniel Plumbing did not show up the following week. I continue attempts via calls messages texts and finally after so many excuses he would not take my calls. I hired another plumber to complete the needed work. I paid to repair the drywall and paint the wall he left open. The insurance paid for the repair of the ceiling that was not necessary to open as all the repair was done from the shower area above. I filed with Apple Card and they initially reversed the charges and re charged them again as Daniel sent them photo that he completed the work and I personally paid with card and signed for it. I appealed with Apple Card and once again credit me then recharged after he sent them photo of the shower as if the shower was done- only spout was changed. I filed a complaint with California Contractor's License Board and paid a law firm to send him letter to settle the matter or I intent to pursue through the courts. Daniel sent me a text on Monday March 20,2023 that he wants to stop by and give me a check. On Saturday, March 25, 2023. We talked briefly and he handed me check for the amount he received last year on June 17, 2022. He apologized and was embarrassed somewhat but non of that should have happened if he did honest work and charged for it and received it with invoice. I POSTED THIS TO GIVE YOU SUPPORT THAT THERE ARE DISHONEST PEOPLE OUT THERE. I NOW HAVE TO WRITE TO THE CAS STATE LIC BOARD TO ADVISE THEM OF THE RESOLUTION. It cost me $2500 deduction for my insurance claim that SHW refused to pay for and Daniel collected service call $75 and I have to pay for a plumber to fix other shower's spout and the drywall and painting. I am sure the winner her is the Restoration Company, they collected form my insurance and paid referral to Plumber. It cost me over$3000, and insurance cancellation.

Was referred to daniels pluming thru old republic and unfortunately was let down.

Received a call from Blanca to set up an appointment, to which I do give credit to that they scheduled the appointment pretty quick.

Daniel came out and looked at a leaky valve under the sink. As well as our washer hot and cold water valves.

he told my wife that he was going to reach out to old republic and see what he could do as far as coverage. The following day I called twice with no answer, both times left a voicemail to see what the next step was, still no answer. Called the second day, mid day and still no answer. I call old repbulic and he answers them and tells them that I changed out the valve under my sink and I didn't put it on properly. I have never done plumbing work in my life. Why would I have called a warranty if that was the case. I would have called a plumber directly to fix if it was * my mistake*.

None the less, pre-haps I saved myself some headache by him not working on my things. He wasn't even professional to give me a call back with an actively leaking valve.

our home warranty company referred us to this company. It's been several days. He has yet to call us to arrange an appointment. Through their website they don't service the beach cities, the phone calls goes directly to an automated answering machine. The mailbox is full and you cannot leave a message. If, he ever calls and can fix our issue, then maybe I will change the rating.

***DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING SERVICE***
First and foremost, this plumber arrived late at my house; however, that was the least of our concerns. He presents himself as a warm and trustworthy company. He isn't. He will take advantage of your situation and use it to manipulate you into completing work. Daniel was adamant that we not use the toilets or water because it would exacerbate the situation. He stated that if we call him back to complete the work, he will charge 30% more than the $2300 he is charging us. Furthermore, he asked me to sign a blank work order form (which I should not have done). He then performed the work and recorded on the work order that he had completed work he had not performed. I was present. I witnessed what he did. He charged us $2300 to investigate the main drain, which had no issues other than offsets that I photographed. ""We have cleared the sewer line using various drain cleaning equipment,"" his work order stated. He DID NOT clear anything, for one. Two, there was an absence of VARIOUS cleaning equipment. There was a machine with a camera that went down the drain where he showed me that there was no blockage, just the offsets that he showed me. I was shocked and couldn't believe what he did when I read the work order. In retrospect, it's clear that he was manipulating the situation to get what he wanted out of us through any means necessary (including instilling  fear). We are now $2300 in debt and must take additional action.
