These guys may be the Super Mario Brothers of North Shore plumbing, who will fix your pipes and simultaneously liberate a trapped Princess from the clutches of an evil alligator snapping turtle in an alternate mushroom universe.

You'd never know- because these guys REFUSE TO CALL ME BACK TO TAKE MY BUSINESS. 3x calls and messages left with their answering service in the past week have solicited 0 return calls. Not like I'm calling to talk about the Sox lackluster season or what a nice fall we're having either, I have a leaky pipe and wanted to pay them to fix it.

Oh well, if you can't bother to call back, god knows how you'd be about showing up punctually for the appointment. Moving on.

If you want to speak to someone that's capable of doing anything other than ""asking someone to return your call"", do not try and call these guys. For 3 days I called their answering service (the only number available) and left more than 6 messages. Each time I was told a technician would get back to me. The answering service couldn't tell me when this would be or connect me with the relevant people directly. All they did, each and every time, was take my name, telephone number, and address (despite my protests). Three days later, I'm still waiting on someone returning any of my calls. If you have an urgent issue, or any issue at all for that matter, don't call these people. You'll be waiting years to get it fixed. Given the very positive reviews by other yelp users, I am thoroughly thoroughly disappointed.

Called Dan a couple weeks ago with an issue, and he helped me resolve it on the phone! He even called again later in the day to see if his suggestion worked or if he could help any more.

Needless to say, Dan is now on speed dial.

I highly recommend Danny, he helped me out tremendously. I live in California and my dad lives in Lynn. My dad passed away, yet there was a gas leak inside his house where my dad's roommate and cats still lived. I found Danny from Yelp reviews, and contacted him by email. He was quick to get over to my dad's house and assess the situation. The process to get the gas leak fixed involved many trips to my dad's house on Danny's part, and the gas co. had to turn the gas off (while an elderly lady lived there... so no heat and no hot water), Danny quickly found and fixed the leak, Danny quickly got the city permit and city inspection, so that the gas could be turned on so the roommate can have heat and hot water again. Most of our contact was via email with one conversation with my husband on the phone. It went very smoothly and since I am not in Lynn, don't have any contacts in Lynn, he helped us out and we really appreciate it. His invoice was very reasonable for all the work he did. Danny did a great job during two separate visits to my condo in Lynn, and he even went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only has he addressed the myriad plumbing issues I've called him for, he even installed my new curved shower curtain rod since I didn't have the right tools to drill into the tile myself. All work was done in a timely fashion and with a smile. He's also very responsive via email, answering service, and text, which made scheduling a breeze.

The more conventional tasks he expertly tackled include:
- Replacing bathroom faucet
- Replacing tub faucet/diverter
- Replacing shower head (my old hand-held fixture was shot; he happened to have a spare standard replacement head in his truck, so he supplied that part for free)
- Repair of garbage disposal
- Fixed running toilet
- Fixed laundry valves, which included moving my heavy stackable washer/dryer out of and then back in to a tiny closet. Danny also installed the lint trap bucket I had ordered from Amazon.

I hope I won't need to call him again anytime soon, but the next time I have any plumbing or heating needs, Daniel Wright Plumbing will be my first call!

Dan came to my house today and expertly repaired a super old boiler for an affordable price. He could have easily taken one look and tried to tell me I need a new boiler. He is very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a plumber in the North Shore area (Salem, Beverly, Peabody, Danvers), I strongly recommend Daniel Wright.

Daniel handled a bathroom renovation for relatives of ours - removing an old tub and sink, and replacing them with items they ordered online. Daniel was helpful, skilled, and well priced. He patiently talked them through the ordering process, which otherwise would have proved daunting, and explained which fixtures would work together. The finished bathroom is just what they wanted. He's a very knowledgeable craftsman - a master of his trade. He showed up when he said he was going to (even on weekends), and got things done in good time. He is also a very pleasant person to work with. Definite recommend!!

After becoming fed up with the various plumbers I've worked with over the last few years, I turned to Yelp admittedly as a last resort and came across Dan's profile as I needed a price for an oil to gas boiler conversion at my residence. While other plumbers were either no-shows or insanely over-priced, Dan was able to take a look and provide me with a very fair quote within a couple days. I eventually hired Dan for the job and have been recommending him to friends ever since.

Throughout the entire process Dan went above and beyond for me and my family to make sure we had heat before it was too late in the season. I called, texted, and emailed Dan at least once a week for over 2 months as I waited for National Grid (an absolute s-show of a company) to install my gas line and he always responded back and kept me on his radar. Once my gas line was installed (with zero notice from N.G.), Dan began the project within a week and absolutely worked his tail off for us, literally finishing the job on a Saturday night so that we could spend the rest of the weekend at the house (and not at my in-laws...)

My gas heat is working great and I no longer have to worry about running out of oil, which is totally suspect. Added bonus - my wife and I don't argue over the thermostat as much even though she often turns the house into a sauna. Regardless, Dan has our highest recommendation and we look forward to working with him again in the future.

I needed a new hot water heater and found your pricing to be fair and appreciate that you went the extra mile to do the job right. Thanks for making my not so great morning an easy fix.
