My 30 year old Trane A/C unit quit just as the heat wave was starting up over the Labor Day holiday so I was in dire straits. A tech came out the very next morning and determined it was mostly not worth fixing, although they could have done that for about $2K. Cypress had done a minor repair on the unit (replaced a part in 2019) so I know this company gives you options.
Instead, I had two techs come out to start at 7am Wednesday to install a brand new Lennox A/C unit (very quiet; about a third of the noise of the old A/C unit). It was an all day task (and into the next morning) and they had to go up into the very hot attic to remove old equipment. It looked so involved and I observed them on and off throughout the day as they did all the technical stuff. They graciously answered all my questions as to what they were doing.
I also opted for them to install a Lennox furnace (to replace 24 year old unit)
as well as all the other stuff in my attic that goes along with HVAC systems.
In 2000 Cypress had installed all new insulated ducting throughout my house, and did all the smoke testing for leaks, and they put down drop cloths so as not to get any dust or dirt spread around. They told me the ducting still looked great.
I am so grateful that I have a totally new system (even a drip pan with an electronic sensor in case there's a leak or something), and new venting, new filter system, on and on. This time around I am vowing to have yearly maintenance, as I never want to confront an HVAC problem again now that I'm retired.
I have dealt with Cypress since at least the year 2000, and I always mention that I'm a long-time customer. They always have come to my rescue in a timely manner.
I'm here chilling so comfortably inside, even as it's 103 degrees outside.

My HVAC system was installed by Cypress Heating & Air Conditioning in 2021. I recently had an issue with the condenser unit, which was making a loud noise. I was expecting that a component would need to be replaced, but Joshua diagnosed the unit and found that a wire cap had fallen into the unit. So, my 93 year old mother-in-law's, air conditioner stopped working during a heat wave. She lives alone and my wife and caregiver could not get it started. I was not near, so I couldn't investigate the problem. I called Cypress Heating and Air in Glendora. They were so kind to schedule a repair call within a couple of hours. Joshua arrived and found out that a rat had possibly partially unplugged the A/C-Heater unit inside a closet in the hallway. He changed the filter, cleaned and washed the condenser and did various other A/C maintenance. He called me when he was finished and I was so pleased with his work that I signed up for their maintenance program. I recommend Cypress Heating and A/C for their honesty and professionalism..

I called Cypress Heating & Air Conditioning on my dad's recommendation when our system quit on a hot August Saturday. The nice lady got us an appointment the following Monday. Joshua quickly figured out the issue, and clearly explained our options. He got the system running again quickly and for a very reasonable fee. We will go over the recommendations he made, and we also opted for the yearly maintenance package, since it is cheap insurance to keep your system running well as long as possible.

Our A/C went out of course on a hot day, other companies could not not make it out same day, but Cypress did. Our tech Joshua was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service!
