Initially we were really pleased with how prompt mr Williams and his crew were in installing our new unit in July. Came to discover after 5/6 months that it was installed without a filter which causes God knows how much damage to the motor. Williams sent someone over several weeks ago to follow up but the issue has still not been addressed. For a cost of $6,000 this is not acceptable at all and we are investigating what procedures we next need to take

I have been doing corporate facilities management work for years and this was the worst contractor I have ever worked with. He was quick to the site to get me a quote and after I paid a $5,500 down payment for a job he became unresponsive. Days would go by before I would hear from him and it was nothing but excuses. I should have known and never moved forward but stuck with him anyway. It took over 45 days to complete 4 hours worth of work. After the job was finally complete, he demanded the balance be paid right away. After telling him we will pay after 15 days, like his proposal stated, he threatened legal action and charged my credit card for thousands of dollars without my permission. He also charged my credit card for almost $1,000 more than the quoted price. Please do yourself a favor and never give this guy any of your business.

It is so much negative that I could say about the service but I will not go into a lot detail. I am just glad to be alive after telling the technician that was at our home that I smelled gas after the installation of our furnace and hot water tank for home and to tell me he didn't smell anything and he didn't even attempt to use a detector. I called Washington Gas and they came out and their gas detector went crazy in two areas and immediately cut our gas off and stated to me that it was good that I called when I did because if I didn't it would have been a terrible situation if someone lit a match in our home. Don't use this company. We don't trust them in our home and we use the warranty with someone else.

Good work, but not great communication. Talked with Craig to make an appointment for our annual AC inspection. He didn't get back to me for a couple days, until I texted him. The technician was very nice and professional, but recommended I make a new appointment to have the coils cleaned. I texted Craig: rather than make an appointment, he asked if I would consider an annual contract to have our AC and furnace inspected & cleaned. He never got back to me when I responded. I'll find someone who answers their phones and makes appointments.

Craig of CW was very knowledgable and thorough in his work. He did a great job and took the time to explain everything that was being done step by step. AC unit is running fine after his service. Will definitely use CW services in the future when it comes to AC and heating.

CW came out and assessed and fixed our AC when we were in a pinch. Service was in 2016 and oor unit has been running better and quieter than ever. He explained everything he did. Honest about expectations and pricing. Planning to ask for CW to service units at some of our other properties.

I highly recommend CW Heating & Air Conditioning. My furnace went out during the coldest winter storms.I didn't know what i was going to do. But then, I called Craig and he came out the same day to assess the issues with my furnace. He explained in detail what the issues were with my furnace and showed me the codes that were going off due to the damage of the furnace. He explain why my furnace was shutting down and gave me precautionary steps for maintenance of the furnace so this wouldn't happen again. After the consultation, Craig set up an appoint to fix my heating and also my air conditioning with in 36 hours (P.S. they worked thru the storm). Craig was very responsive and I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling issues. And he also followed up with me days after the work was completed to ensure the furnace was up and running and i had heat in my home. I am very satisfied with his customer service and the service to fix my heating issues .

CW came through...twice! My AC had gone out after returning from a trip and the company that i have a service agreement with could not get me until 4 days later. I searched Yelp and started calling. CW was the second number i called and he was able to come the same day. The part to be replaced was pricey, but i was given a discount. Service was performed efficiently and professionally. The second time was unrelated to the first time, but again, great service. Craig will find the source of the problem. I would highly recommend.
