Today was a great ending to a scary morning. I had a septic nightmare that resulted in sewage backup in my tub . I called at 8:30a and Bernardo was there by 10a to diagnose the problem. Where other companies would have tried to upsell me to have a complete drain field created, he was honest and showed me how a fix could be done. His cost was affordable and within an hour he was back with his team to get me up and running. They were personable and had a great manner. I would absolutely recommend again. I am grateful for the friend that recommended them in the first place.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and I was in a panic! We called and they came right away, fixed our issue, gave us some great advice, and guaranteed the work. The fee was very reasonable. We had nothing but the best experience working with Cutler Bay Plumbing. They answered the phone politely and have great customer service. They came out the same day we called. The guy that came out was great. He walked us through the problem and solutions. They got the job done right and for a good price. What really caused me to take time out of my busy day and give them a great review was because they actually gave us a follow up call the next day to ensure the work was done right. NOBODY does that in Miami. I know there are alot of bad reviews here but I really get the impression that it's from their competition. I would highly recommend this company. They did everything right from the initial phone call to service. Don't be put off by the bad reviews. This company is legit.

OK, I did hire Cutler Bay Plumbing to install the toilet. Jesse and his uncle did a good job, fast and professional. Jesse picked up the toilet for me at Home Depot for a $50 fee to which I agreed: he checked it before picking it up, which I forgot to remind him to do, so that was good. On the odd side: Jesse offered to send a camera down my sewer line for """"only"""" $250, since my old toilet was being removed. This was a discount from the normal price of $500. Then, there was the warning that if the toilet flange needed replacement, that'd be an additional fee. I think that was $60 or $75. I didn't like the hard sell. Also, they charge 3% for using a credit card. When I called the office to make the appointment, I asked if the company accepted credit cards. I was told """"yes."""" There was no mention of a credit card fee. The work was good, hence 4* -- but the odd bits were a bit off-putting.

Called them because i needed all three of my toilets fixed. They came to the house within the hour for a free estimate. The price seemed very reasonable so we decided to let them do the job. They fixed all 3 toilets in less than an hour. Really pleased with them and if some other plumbing problem arises i will be sure to call them back.

I had an issue with a toilet seal and they did a great job for me. In and out quickly at a fair price. This is my first time using them, found on yelp. The guys were friendly, told me the issue and explained pricing in advance. They also texted me when they were on the way which helps me a lot since I can work and just run home when they are ready. Was quick to answer call for plumbing issue but just as quick to tell me I needed a new water heater to resolve issue. Made a appointment to replace heater but had to cancel at last minute due to work calling me in. I rescheduled as soon as I could for following week and they accepted this new date. But when the day came this company simply dumped me and made no attempt to contact me as one would expect a customer service company to do. His explanation was he didn't hear from me, that I was supposed to contact his company at the """"main office"""" number which always went to an answering machine and not text him directly which is what I did that morning to insure he was still coming. Now, this is the OWNER of the business I was communicating with and HE TELLS ME TEXTING HIM DIDN'T MATTER. All communication had to go through the """"main office number"""", something that he NEGLECTED TO TELL ME. Poor communication skills, unclear process and lack of organization of customer service appointments, placing blame on the customer to keep him informed of his appointments. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Wanted to charge me $175 to replace a hose for my dishwasher. I purchased the hose so it was just for install. Plumber tried to justify this fee because he would have to pull out the dishwasher to install it...so what. Price gouging is never okay.

I took a look at their reviews and knew they had to be honest and knowledgeable people. I'm so glad I reached out! Jesse was prompt in getting back to me, he was honest, reasonable, communicated great and did great work! I will definitely be using Cutler Bay Plumbing again!
