This is the 3rd time we've used Cutler Bay Plumbing, today was the first time we had a serious emergency, despite my frantic call, Bernard was extremely professional and kind. Considering it is a Sunday morning, he showed up almost immediately and got the problem fixed. I can't say enough great things about this company. We will continue to use them and recommend them to friends.

Our septic tank was clogged and we needed emergency service because we couldn't use the water or toilets in the house! They came within the hour, worked very fast and were able to fix it. Life saver! Would highly recommended.

Exceptional service! There was clogging and back-up in all of our toilets and showers. I called Cutler Bay Plumbing, because they had a lot of great reviews. I spoke to Jenny, who scheduled a time for the next morning and Bernardo and his assistant arrived early. They were very communicative and professional. They snaked the line from a vent on our roof and also put a camera down to see if they could identify the issue. They were able to successfully unclog everything and spent a lot of time running water and flushing toilets throughout the process to ensure that everything was fine. Bernardo also provided some explanation for the issues and a future plan if the issues persisted. He believed that everything was good for now and we were satisfied with their work. They were also very reasonable comparably to others. We also learned that they offer septic draining services, which we didn't need right now, but will definitely consider them for the future.

Wanted to charge me $175 to replace a hose for my dishwasher. I purchased the hose so it was just for install. Plumber tried to justify this fee because he would have to pull out the dishwasher to install it...so what. Price gouging is never okay.

Great service! Our (one) toilet clogged at 7:30 in the evening and was back flowing into the bath. We called Cutler Bay Plumbing and Bernie and Ray came within 20 minutes and fixed the problem. They also looked at our pipes and found the bigger underlying issue. They were able to give us a quote on the spot for a return visit to fix everything. Very professional, reasonably priced, and fast service.

I was very stressed out before I connected with him because it can be challenging in this city to find honest, reliable and efficient service providers especially when faced with an emergency. I had a toilet flushing issue about 2 weeks ago especially on the upstairs bathroom(1 OF 2 Bathrooms). They came snaked the access line outside of the house and said there was wipes in my drain. which we do not use. I just noticed the issue again since that bathroom rarely gets used and when I called they said I have to pay again when I still have the same issue that I called about the first time. If you had a good experience.... good for you but this company is leaving me high a dry. I WILL NOT CALL THEM EVER AGAIN and never should you. Miami, Fl. Edit: As you can see by their response, they dont care once they collect.

I had a slow drain and didn't know what the cause could be. I mentioned that it could need the pipes snaked or septic pumped. The tech went over and uncapped the septic tank and showed me that the water level was relatively high. He proceeded to try to sell me various costly solutions. I settled on the temporary fix of pumping out the tank. The next day a third-party vendor came to do the pump out. They mentioned that the tank was not that full. Bottom line, my problem was not resolved. I called to complain and the lady on the other line raised her voice and blamed my bad decision to pump the tank. I feel these people act in a dishonest manner and recommend not to use them.
