I had a toilet flushing issue about 2 weeks ago especially on the upstairs bathroom(1 OF 2 Bathrooms). They came snaked the access line outside of the house and said there was wipes in my drain. which we do not use. I just noticed the issue again since that bathroom rarely gets used and when I called they said I have to pay again when I still have the same issue that I called about the first time. If you had a good experience.... good for you but this company is leaving me high a dry. I WILL NOT CALL THEM EVER AGAIN and never should you. Miami, Fl. Edit: As you can see by their response, they dont care once they collect.

This is the 3rd time we've used Cutler Bay Plumbing, today was the first time we had a serious emergency, despite my frantic call, Bernard was extremely professional and kind. Considering it is a Sunday morning, he showed up almost immediately and got the problem fixed. I can't say enough great things about this company. We will continue to use them and recommend them to friends.

Right before a long holiday weekend, we had another emergency. Called Cutler Bay Plumbing, they came right away despite it was almost closing time. Found & fixed the leak, made sure the wall they had to break was not only repaired but that it matched the rest of the wall. All for a very fair price. I've been procrastinating to fix my water leak because of the lack of knowledge of any reputable plumbers in my area. I checked on Yelp and this company popped up with 5 stars and I figured I would give them a shot. I called about a leaking faucet and some valves that needed to be replaced. The response time was very quick and since it really wasn't an emergency, I made the appointment for the following day. Jesse was on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Prices were fair and the job was done very professionally. I wasn't at home to personally meet him, but he kept me informed via phone on the progress of the repair. Im very impressed with the quickness and professionalism of their work. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again in a heartbeat.

They broke the clay pipe city connection and I have add problems since. Miami Dade will charge me $125 for tonight's visit and could not fix the problem...Second time this year...they say the clay pipe collapsed and that they should have called them. I requested a quote via Yelp for a repair. Jesse replied almost immediately, and was very honest and direct. After many questions and conversation, I decided to replace my water heater instead of repair given the age. He was very honest and knowledgeable. I sent him pictures and he quoted me almost immediately. I continued asking questions, and he continued replying throughout the day. I confirmed the water heater replacement, and he was here the next day. He installed everything perfectly, and carefully. The pricing was very fair. I highly recommend this company.

Jessie came out earlier than promised and picked up a replacement hot water heater for me from the Home Depot. He quoted me a reasonable price and they finished the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves. He explained everything they would be doing and even discussed another problem with me I need to tackle in the future. Great company. I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs!
