Bernardo is very knowledgeable and actually takes the time to diagnose the problem before working. I had a clogged line and he said I might need a hydro jet cleaning. However, after he ran the camera down the system he advised a conventional snake would do the job. BTW the snake costs far less than the hydro jet. In other words he does only what is needed and no what pays him more. I have him on speed dial now.

Had an outdoor hose spigot break on me last night. Had no way to stop the water from gushing out. Had no option but to shut the water off to the whole house. I called cutler bay plumbing from my office the next morning. The lady on the phone roof my contact info and said she would have the technician call me. Within 10 minutes the gentleman called me asking about my problem. I told him the situation and said that I should be home about 3pm. The gentleman called me at 3 on the dot to see if I had gotten home. Within 10 minutes from that call he was at my door. He did a fantastic job repairing the Spigot and even re plastered the area where the pipe came out of the wall. He did such a great job that I asked him to replace another Spigot on the other side of the house that was damaged. He happily agreed. He even gave me a great price to repair both faucets. The gentleman's name was Bernardo. He is great at what he does. I would highly recommend using Cutler Bay plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs. Great job and even better service....

I had an issue with a toilet seal and they did a great job for me. In and out quickly at a fair price. This is my first time using them, found on yelp. The guys were friendly, told me the issue and explained pricing in advance. They also texted me when they were on the way which helps me a lot since I can work and just run home when they are ready. OK, I did hire Cutler Bay Plumbing to install the toilet. Jesse and his uncle did a good job, fast and professional. Jesse picked up the toilet for me at Home Depot for a $50 fee to which I agreed: he checked it before picking it up, which I forgot to remind him to do, so that was good. On the odd side: Jesse offered to send a camera down my sewer line for """"only"""" $250, since my old toilet was being removed. This was a discount from the normal price of $500. Then, there was the warning that if the toilet flange needed replacement, that'd be an additional fee. I think that was $60 or $75. I didn't like the hard sell. Also, they charge 3% for using a credit card. When I called the office to make the appointment, I asked if the company accepted credit cards. I was told """"yes."""" There was no mention of a credit card fee. The work was good, hence 4* -- but the odd bits were a bit off-putting.

As Murphy's Law would have it, we suddenly had a main sanitary pipe blockage on Christmas morning and with the entire clan coming for dinner this afternoon- that was a problem. A quick search on Next Door identified Cutler Bay Plumbing. They had Jesus respond in less than an hour, and we are """"back in business"""". Great Service.

I had a plugged toilet that defied my own attempts to unclog it with either a plunger or a snake. Cutler Bay Plumbing came, did some quick trouble-shooting to isolate the problem, and then had it unclogged in under 5 minutes. Total 15 minutes. Really!!! They were courteous, professional, and I won't hesitate to use them again.
