Very impressed with Custom Plumbing Services, came to our house to install a new hot water heater. Very professional drained our ancient water heater, and installed a new one. We had hot water in no time. The plumbers wore mask and were very nice and answered all my questions. We will definitely use them for any plumbing needs in the future. They were also very reasonable.

They replaced my kitchen faucet, and installed a new garbage disposal at the same time, saving me money. I had bought both of the new items myself over time, and they installed both, while replacing all of the drain pipe plumbing under the sink, and rerouting the dishwasher drain into the new garbage disposal, which had not been done when the new dishwasher was installed, by someone else, originally. They are always on time, and do beautiful work.
In the past 10 years, they have installed a new water heater, a PRV valve at the curb, and done other minor repairs.

Awesome service, professional and courteous. Matthew did an excellent job and was very quick. Next day service was excellent replacing garbage disposal. Would definitely use them again.

They did a great job replacing a toilet and vanity in our half bathroom. Showed up on time, wore masks, did the job promptly and with high quality. The only plumbers I'll use going forwards.

Thank you, Barry, and the entire Custom Plumbing Services crew! Contacted CPS via email late one evening after discovering a leak in our pantry from our upstairs bathtub drain. Got an email reply early the next morning from Barry. Fast response! I didn't expect to get an appointment right away since it was a Friday but...Barry was able to get us on their schedule that very morning. Very accommodating. Matt and Jack arrived at my house, masks in place, ready to fix the problem. Friendly, efficient, professional! Problem was solved, fixed and cleaned up within an hour and a half. Amazing! If you've got plumbing problems go to Barry and Custom Plumbing Services. Not only do they know their stuff but they understand quality customer service. Highly recommended!

Bought a new Water heater less than year ago - these guys installed it. Water heater stopped working - had them come out to fix it. They charged us almost $400 to change a thermometer, an additional $135 dollars because that didn't actually fix the problem, and this morning the boss comes out, picks up the tools left behind and CUTS A HOLE in my damn wall because the first "FIX" was accompanied by a LEAK. By the way, I should mention that he didn't fix it - just cut the hole, looked and left. He did graciously offered us back out $135 after all this... There's gotta be some kind standard for plumbers? Is there anyone I can report this to??

They were able to come quickly and the water heater they replaced for us works well. However, that's the only positive. Scheduling through them was chaotic and stressful, as they just called us when they were a few minutes away from the house even though they never previously even told us what day they would come. A few days later they made us do the inspection with the city of Austin and once again just called when they were on the way, with no warning at all, much less any kind of apology for the inconvenience. We were forced to let them into our home in order to make many hasty changes to their handywork in order to pass the inspection, so that was pretty disturbing as well, especially since the inspector showed up literally minutes later. Between their aggressive attitude and the fact they clearly don't do work up to code unless forced to, you'd think they were the only plumbers in town. Very strange. Would not recommend at all.

I am a repeat customer, great company, stand behind their work. Honest /clear pricing

Barry and team are great at getting the job done quickly and well. He is a great plumber and we have been very happy with his work.

Had a issue. In the beginning Debbie was very nice in trying to help. As soon as they decided it wasn't their fault she was very rude to me on the phone and her tone of voice was blaming and not professional. In my opinion a service provider should never act that way.
