We had an exterior water leak late in the day. Custom Plumbing were the only one I could let a hold of and actually called back and said she found someone that could make it over. Brian and his helper found the leak under the sidewalk. It wasn't a job they could complete at the time so left their tool so we could turn the water on and off when we needed. They were back first thing in the morning and were able to tunnel under the sidewalk to fix the leak in less time than quoted so $200 less!!!!! Super nice people to top it off! Great experience beginning to end!

I had a plumbing issue spring up and Custom came and took care of it! I'm going to write a separate review for that work, but I wanted to take a moment to write a follow up to this original sewer line replacement review. Here we are many years down the line and the main line continues to work great. No issues with the house draining to the city sewer line. Continue to be very happy and updated the stars from 4 to 5 to reflect the long term satisfaction!

Great service and diagnostic capability from Charles Moon and Matthew H. I cannot say enough about the confidence I had in them and their very courteous disposition. They did some work on my sewer ejector pump which was complicated to figure out the issue. After hearing me out on the issue, examining the system, and consulting the pump manufacturer determined it was the float. Now it works beautifully.

Custom was the plumbing contractor on my new home and for 5 years we had issues with the upstairs commode. We called and they promptly came out twice but never was able to prevent it from backing up. They kept telling me it was our fault and that they had run a camera to the septic revealing no obstructions. After backing up again, I called 4 times but they would never call me and I began to suspect something else was wrong.
I hired Adept plumbing to come out and within 10min had discovered an obstruction which turned out to be a 6" putty knife left in the line from construction.
Everyone makes mistakes but come on, at least stand by your own work! Now I'm out hard earned money and Custom wont even return a call.

We live in Crestview and have had Custom do numerous projects for us from replacing the water line into our home to, mounting toilets, replacing kitchen faucets, dealing with showers that were not hot and a collapsed wastewater line. CP is always competitive on price, efficient and professional. The most recent work we had done was a kitchen faucet replacement.

Charles also got our hot water situation taken care of in our master bath within our minimum time which a lot of plumbers would not do without charging extra.

The first project Custom did for us was to replace an old water line that had collapsed. This happened the day before we were supposed to drive to Colorado on vacation, and I had contacted several plumbers who were quoting insane numbers. The custom crew was working on a new house across the street, Terry took a look at it and had the job permitted and done within less than 24hrs.

If you have an older home you are going to have issues and you can't do much better than these folks.

Bottom line - good people and great value. We highly recommend Custom Plumbing.

I've used Custom Plumbing in the past but recently had the need for a plumber to check a bath faucet and shower faucet that was leaking. I don't usually write reviews but felt the service, professionalism and courteousness shown by Charles with Custom Plumbing deserved mentioning.

Charles was prompt to our request for service and diagnosed and fixed our problem quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Custom Plumbing and Charles for anyone looking for professional, courteous service.

We had a pipe that broke on our hot water heater. We called several companies and were put on hold or they didn't answer, or were busy. We were referred by a handyman to call Custom Plumbing. They answered right away and said they would send someone out to the house the same day. Matt and Charles came out and replaced the busted pipe. They called when they were on their way and were very nice and helpful. They fixed the leak without any problems and ask if there was anything else they could help us with. I will definitely use them again.

I needed a bathtub installed, called Custom Plumbing and two men arrived the very next morning ready to work. They installed the new water lines and connected the tub drain and the overflow. The tub was installed on a bed of mortar to secure it, perfectly level when finished. The two men did a thorough clean up afterwards of everything, and were both extremely professional and polite. I enjoyed the great install as well as their company, kept me informed each step of the process. I'd defniitely use them again and would certainly recommend their services to anyone needing plumbing work.
