Got connected with this company through HomeAdvisor (which I don't recommend unless you feel like getting spammed mercilessly). Called to set up a minor repair, and took the following morning off work to meet be available for the technician. I was told someone would be onsite between 11am and 2pm. At 1pm a woman called and said the technician was held up working on a broken water line and couldn't be out there until about 5pm. I was annoyed, but I get that life happens and said it was fine and see them then. I get another call at 4:15 saying they're still delayed, and that they wanted to reschedule for the next day. I declined, saying that since this is my first impression of their company I'm going to have to pass. She just quickly said ""okay thanks, bye"" and hung up. It ate an entire day of my time waiting around- apparently there is only one person to potentially dispatch. Annoying at best.

Home inspection for plumbing, I did not expect they sent me a youtube! I saw some cockroaches... But Make sure before you buy a house needs to do this for an old house! I was not there, my agent helped me to take care of this. My agent, and this company works great. I gave A+! I think people's referral can trust and additionally more customers coming. I highly recommend for all my friends!

I have had Custom out to my house for a number of repairs and every time their tech has been on time, courteous, and very skilled at the task. They have tuned up my AC units, replace Air handler capacitors, fix leaking sinks, installed a new water and many other repairs for both plumbing and cooling.
I recently had them out to check out my water heater and make sure it passes inspection for the home inspection I'm selling. Jerry the department manager was at my house when he said and got the job done right the first time. I've even called after hours and the Owner of the company took my call. You won't find that kind of service anywhere else these days. A company who care about their clients and wants to build relationships.
I am using them for our new home to install 3 toilets as well as three new vanities. The Owner Vince recommended a place for us to go and look before purchasing and is doing all of the installs for a very fair price. If your looking for a quality company and is locally owned I highly recommend you give Custom a call.

We did go with the quote and Jerry was the tech that worked the job for us.He was thorough and informative.Did an awesome pipe re- route from the old tub pipes.Husband even called to ask a few follow ups, and Jerry was very helpful. Would recommend the company again and use as well.

i would not recommend this comapny at all. i called them to come over and billy spend over and hour here still not show where my leak was coming from. he didnt have the right euipment to do the job, and make things worse he showed up nest morning without a call. there mangement never called me back friday jerry .

A little back story before I get to the point. I contacted your company as a referral from a good friend whom I will never second guess. They are related to one of the owners. It was pretty typical, I called, you answered, we discussed the issue, and you scheduled an appointment. (You called and confirmed the appointment via voicemail, as a personal preference I would prefer text or email. It is just quicker for me) So far amazing! From the information provided it was evident through bad HVAC design, system load, and the quality of my home builder that I will be replacing a compressor / heat pump every 8 years. (Home built in 04, quantity over quality, go figure) ""Junior"" came to my home, he was punctual to say the least. I asked of your company something few in the state have done. I wanted you to install two owner supplied mini-split condensers and seven heads. (For those of you who don't know what a mini-split is as I did not know a year ago, a mini-split is like having a hotel AC in every room / zone of your home, but at an unbelievable efficiency level. A good majority of the developed world uses these systems. They have figured out why spend the money to cool a room that is not being used; cool the parts that you live in? Each zone has its own thermostat / remote if you want to change rooms turn the temp down and the room is cool in about 5 minute or less) Junior looked at my request, ideas and completely amazed me. I say that with all sincerity. Not only did he understand my request he expanded on the ideas and improved them. He is the first of about 10 different companies and forums that have not even made it that far. When I told him that the equipment I wanted to purchase was about 7500 he guest-e-mated the install cost would be about the same; undenounced to Junior I was elated. He was concerned and properly so. He offered me options at a range of prices cheaper than what I wanted. We even discussed ten-year warranties on certain systems. (I wish I would have asked if the warranty was prorated, as I think we all know how that works, UGH, Sigh) I made it clear that my real concern was not cost but ROI (return on Investment). He discussed things that will cost me money upfront and higher electric bills in the long run (Electric bills about $400 a month for four months in the summer and the remaining months $100-200). With my ideas, the potential is for me to save approximately $800. In ten years I could save about $8000 dollars or more.
Let me explain why I gave you four stars instead of five. First, you declined the project. Please, do not get me wrong, I fully understand why. I am an early adapter for this system in the state and that requires change and risk on both sides. My biggest disappointment is with the pride I would have had having Junior installing this system. Junior matched my information tic for tac. I work in IT field and I have only met a handful of people that can communicate this level of information on a human level. Junior had to get approval for this install and unfortunately the owner (I believe the owner.) weighed the risk a little too high. I think that if we had a proper discussion we could have mitigated your risk concerns with adding a couple of lines of verbiage to an agreement (for DOAs and install delays) and a hefty deposit. I am not a contract kind of person. (Only at work) I would not have left you hanging on $3000 worth of install materials without my cash being in your bank. Both sides have risk but the rewards could have been better. Imagine the bragging rights your company would have installing this system in a residential environment. About the first in the state for a runt of the mill track home. As some people see cost I see ROI. People in more expensive neighborhoods will also look at ROI and spend accordingly. I have weighed the risk and was prepared for the outcome, with Juniors high standard and thorough knowledge it would have been a win-win. Overall, my contact with your company was amazing even though it did not have the desired outcome.
Thank you,

We called Custom Cooling & Plumbing for a clogged drain on a Sunday, when all plumbing problems occur. We liked the $70 fee to come out and they arrived promptly. Also included in the $70 fee would be a camera inspection of our drain. Initially, they were very good in locating the clog and snaking the drain. The problem started when they brought out the camera. They attempted to go through several access points and finally had to go on the roof, for which we would be charged $150. Then we were told the lines had so much debris, in order to get a better look they needed to hydrojet the lines. That would cost $400 and take 2 hours. At this point we were still trusting, so we said okay. They hydrojetted the lines (which took about 20 minutes and looked the same before and after), then they told us the cast iron waste pipes should be replaced. They also suggested that we call our insurance company and say we had a ""leak"" so that some of the charges would be covered by our insurance policy. I don't doubt our 60 year old pipes may need to be replaced. What I don't like is what was quoted as a $70 charge rapidly turned into a job that could cost thousands (not to mention $400 for what was essentially running water through our pipes). The suggestion to run the repair through our insurance company also didn't sit well. If you have a simply clog, Custom Cooling will be fine. Just beware of up charges.

I have to personally call out Jorge for his punctuality, friendly demeanor, and over all outstanding work ethic. Jorge was here for multiple days working on replacing a mainline feeding my kitchen and bathrooms. Starting on Christmas Eve. Yeah, that's right. Around 9pm on Christmas Eve!
Over the course of several days of repairs, he put in many long hours and was often the only one here, doing most of the work himself. At no point did he seem put off by the amount of work that he needed to do and he put his best professional, and personal face forward throughout it all. He genuinely likes his job and it shows. Don't get me wrong, there were a few other people here with him at times, but one can't help but to notice Jorge's attitude and personality, all in the best way possible. Thanks Jorge, and thanks CCP!

Had our downstairs toilet randomly overflowing with disgusting water every time we would use our upstairs shower (bought house about a year ago, so we're still new to this stuff). It got pretty bad so after not being able to shower for a couple days we rented a snake and shopvac and got to work. Well, we couldn't fix the problem ourselves but couldn't wait any longer on help.
Called Custom for our plumbing issue and their phone guy (around 12:00am) was very helpful and kind. Our technician was Michael. He was awesome. I never write reviews, but this deserved one. It was 2:00am and cold and he did a great job, took his time explaining things to me, and it was super cheap. Can't believe it. Thank you, guys. Time for a hot shower.

I have no issues with the work quality, however an inaccurate estimate is a major issue in my mind. I contacted a few plumbers to get estimates since I knew exactly what the issue was. I chose CC&P based on it having good reviews and an estimate $30 less than any other company I contacted. When they showed up to do the work I was informed that the estimate they'd given me was completely false (although the job was the exact same I'd mentioned on the phone just hours before). I was going to have to pay $120 more than estimated for the 15-20 minute job. I ended up stuck with them given any saved costs from going with another company I'd gotten estimates from likely wouldn't make up for the service cost I'd get from having CC&P showing up just to more than double their original estimate.
It's safe to say I will be looking for a different company for all future plumbing work.
