The worst plumbing company I had the pleasure of dealing with, they sold me and install a cheap toilet that I had consistent problems with it stopping up, plus they over price the sale of toilet and installation. I could never get that company to admit to the garbage they installed. Don't be fouled by them.

I paid Custom Plumbing of Arizona $495.00 to replace a shower cartridge. I had to pay a new plumber (Classic Guys Plumbing) $239.00 to replace and install a new cartridge in the same shower because the cartridge Custom installed did not work and it leaked badly. Custom charged over twice as much money and I had to have their work redone because they used what looks like an old used cartridge in my shower.

I sent Custom Plumbing of Arizona written detail of this event. Plus, I offered proof of having the work redone including the cost and a picture of the old, used cartridge they installed in my shower. I did not receive a response. I called Custom Plumbing of Arizona on February 22nd and told my story to a manager. He had no authority to help me with a refund but said he would have someone call me that morning. No one called! Custom Plumbing is not honest or trustworthy and they charge twice as much money to do nothing but make a mess.

Corri did an outstanding job today. He saved me some money by fixing the issue I was having, instead of replacing the parts. He was on time, and was even available on a Sunday. I have used Custom Plumbing multiple times and will continue to do so.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORR YOU HIRE THESE PEOPLE!! Although this is a legit company, I feel they are a scam. First they come to my house and say my drain and the pipes need to be replaced, charge me $179.00 for it and tell me the camera inapection is free but I need to call to schedule it. I called and the girl in the office tells me its too late and I need tonpay another $69.00 for something they wrote in their invoice as complimentary. The guy comes to do the camera inspection and tells us we need to have all pipes jet washed and says with the ""friends and family discount "" our price willbe $1480.00. When i asked for a copy of the video, he told me it was not available.... convenient, right? The best part is that i had several ither plumbers come and they agreed there is nothing wrong with our pipes and one of them even tsught my husband how to clea our drains without hiring anyone. Please be careful before hiring them!

On time - responsive - professional- friendly. Garbage Disposal replacement took approximately 30-45 minutes...$485.00! Pricy if you ask me!

The estimate they gave me was of not what I needed I only needed a 40 gallon water heater they were trying to price me at a 50 gallon which would not have fit into where my space was then they tried to tell me I was not up to code then they were trying to sell me extra the two flex lines a ball valve and a drop pan they came up with $1700 for this job which I knew was too much. Then they went to the truck and lowered it down to 1400 and said they were give me the ball valve for free which I know does not cost $300. Then they kept mentioning financing which I kept telling them know I was not interested. My opinion they were trying to play me as being stupid and being my age they were trying to play a game on me which did not work. I had another company which was the original company who installed it showed up the next morning and the bill was only $790 big difference. They did put a pan under it no charge they cleaned the lines and even took the old one so beware

Let me preface by admitting I am a first time homeowner and some of the fault falls on me for not knowing what to do in the event your sewage pipe collapses.

My mistake was not waiting for my insurance adjuster and not getting a 2nd quote. Those mistakes cost me 9k out of pocket.

Where I think they are at fault is for overcharging me and intentionally rushing the repairs and making me pay upfront with a promise that they will work with my insurance to get me close to 90% reimbursed. But when it came time to work with my insurance to get the work covered they were very uncooperative with my adjuster. At first ignoring requests for a break down of cost and then they provided 2 different contradictory break downs until finally they just stopped replying to her questions altogether.

A third party was sent out by my insurer who estimated the work 6k lower than what I paid and I had a second 3rd party come out and confirm I was overcharged by around 5-6k. Both sources felt the overage was coming from labor charges. In hindsight, it occurred to me that its very questionable that he insisted I pay upfront for labor that hadn't taken place yet. Again that was my bad for paying it but still unprofessional and shady on their part for sure.

Don't use this company, it will save you money, time and a headache!

We had a very unfortunate experience with Custom. Paid to have 2 new toilets installed and everything seemed to go pretty well at first. The plumber arrived on time and seemed like a nice guy. The price appeared to be reasonable as well. Fast forward about a year and we find water coming out of our ceiling (toilets installed on second floor). Had a different plumber come out (also from Custom) and he told us that the original plumber not only reused the old rusty bolts from the previous toilets, but that he also only used 1 wax ring when our floor height clearly required 2! He fixed the issue promptly and referred us to a remediation service to deal with the water damage. The next day we contacted the manager (Jerry) at Custom who rudely answered the phone and seemed infuriated that his employee identified their poor workmanship and told us as much. He eventually agreed to cover the costs, but it was an unpleasant encounter to say the least. As of today we are now having water coming out of the ceiling again, this time from the other toilet that Custom installed at the same time. Since we are out of their ""warranty"" period I am guessing it will be coming right out of our pocket. All I can say is stay far away!

***UPDATE: We tried to contact the service manager (Jessie) at Custom when the water began leaking but were unable to reach him so we hired a different plumber to fix the issue and start the water and mold (yes, mold!) remediation process. The next day we were able to speak with him and basically were told that it was OUR fault for providing our own toilets that included only 1 wax ring each instead of the needed 2. However, the installing tech never said ANYTHING to us about this and just went along his way with the installation using 1 ring for each toilet. So he either didn't know what he was doing (bad) or did know and purposefully did the installation in a way that was totally wrong (even worse). Since Custom has so far refused to compensate us in any way for the costs (almost $1500) incurred as a result of their careless and shoddy work, we decided to submit a complaint to the BBB. During this process we realized that Custom has an ""F"" RATING, something that comes as no surprise to us now. We will also be investigating options for submitting a complaint to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. These guys are shady as it comes. Don't be fooled into allowing them in to your home or business!
