I wanted to have a sewer line put in and got extra work added to repair my home. If you are dealing with insurance claims you will find they are shady. Damages caused by water was covered by dirt so the inspector could not see. I pressed one star just to post review

I went through HomeAdvisor.com yesterday to find someone to repair my corroded water shutoff valve. Custom Plumbing was a company identified by HomeAdvisor as one that could possibly assist me. I submitted a request online for a quote, and someone from Custom Plumbing contacted me within minutes. An appointment was made for someone to come out today between 4-8pm to do an inspection, give me a quote, and start the repair if desired. After waiting almost 4 hours, nobody came or called. I called the company but was only able to speak to someone with their answering service because the business was closed for the day. I declined to leave a message because I no longer desire the services of this company based upon today's experience.

I give Custom Plumbing one star for their prompt initial response, however, they failed to follow through and keep the appointment as scheduled.

I've NEVER worked with a more UNPROFESSIONAL company.

Our first consultation was on 10/17/2019. Anthony, came out and viewed the property promising to give a quote in the next few days. 1-2 weeks and no contact later (no calls, emails, quotes) I reached out to followup on things. It turns out that Anthony no longer works for the company and that they had no record of any quote for us in their system...

It was back to square one, so we scheduled ANOTHER consultation for 10/31/2019. The guy came out and gave us a quote verbally on the spot. We then called to schedule a time for the work to be done.

The work was set to be done 11/2/2019 at 10:30 am. At 10 am on 11/2 I called to confirm everything and was sent straight to voicemail. Called again at 10:30 am, 11:00 am, 12 pm no answer.

Then on 11/4/2019 I called the office again to see why this work didn't occur. The lady apologized and put me on hold to investigate. A few seconds later I was hung up on. I called again a few times and finally got an answer again. He apologized, put me on hold and then hung up. After that, none of my calls were answered.

THIS HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I'D RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE CONSIDERING USING THIS COMPANY LOOK ELSEWHERE.

**Dishonest Company** Main line drainage clear was suppose to be $69. When the technician arrived he immediately tried to charge $123. The job was to include a camera inspection, which they did- without clearing the line. Obviously nothing could be seen. Yet, Keith, the tech, was convinced, with no evidence at all that the oleanders were growing in the piping and a 5' trench needed to be dug and pipe repaired. This $69 drain clear turned into a $2500.00 job- site unseen. After I reiterated the info above, Keith lowered the amount to $1750.00, a $750.00 reduction in seconds. After I said I was getting a second opinion, Keith the tech, forwarded a jet cleaning offer for approximately $700.00. Obviously an effort to get anything they could, I refused. Did I mention the passed out tattooed guy in the passenger seat of Keith's work van. I hired another plumber who cleared the mainline in seconds for $149.00 and said a camera in an uncleared line is useless and that Custom Plumbing was trying to rip me off.

My tech's name was Kevin M. Kevin is a pro that is technically superior, diligent, cares about his work, did an incredible and very difficult project in less than 5 hours AND to our TOTAL SATISFACTION. I would hire CP of AZ and Kevin for any and all plumbing projects. A +++++ experience.

Had a sewer line backup early evening. Tried calling a few of the firms that offered 24 hour service with no answers. Tried Angies List and Custom came up so gave it a shot. Custom called within a few minutes and scheduled Nash to show up that night. Nash kept me informed of his progress and showed up when expected. Nash was friendly and let me know what to expect. Cleared the drain and recommended that I get a camera down the line to see what the issue was. Scheduled for Jason to run a camera in the line. Jason also kept me apprised if when he would be at the house. Jason showed up as scheduled, explained what he was doing as we watched the camera. Explained what needed to be done to fix he issue and gave an estimate. Have to save money to fix the issue, but at this point have no reason not to use Custom again. The estimate was lower than what some of my neighbors paid for similar work so seems reasonable.

Scheduled an initial estimate for work needed. I was given a three hour window in which the technician would show up. With about thirty minutes of time remaining in the window provided I received a call the tech would arrive in about 30 to 45 minutes; shortly thereafter, I received another call from Custom Plumbings main office advising the technician was still on a job and unable to make it within the set time frame. After that no further communication from the main office. I do have to give proper credit to the technician, Andreas, who did call me eventually to apologize and to ask if I still wanted them to come out; I politely declined.

Technicians are subject to your scheduling department and it impacts the ultimate outcome of their work and job satisfaction, Custom Plumbing perhaps you should consider this.

TERRIBLE communication from the scheduling department! Will not even consider for a job since they can't figure out how to properly utilize their associates.

Contacted Angieslist.com looking for a plumber to come out and repair two outside hose bibs in which the hoses were stripped and I couldn't remove them. Custom Plumbing of Arizona called me within minutes and came out the same day. They replaced the hose bibs and solved the leaking within about twenty minutes. Price was $275 for two hose bib replacements and I had to throw out the old hoses myself. Would've given five stars but I thought the price was a bit high. Their office people are professional and the worker was polite.

I contacted Custom Plumbing of Arizona,LLC recently to unclog a toilet for me, and to my surprise was quoted an upcharge from the amount that was advertised and quoted by the receptionist when I called to set up the initial appt. Plumber worked on toilet about 15 min, with no luck of resolving the matter of unclogging the toilet. Only to loosen up bile in the line, in which he left for me to cleanup. Never presented a camera to scope out the problem. Suggested that if I wanted to have the toilet taken off to try to unclog from back end, fee would increase an additional $239.00, with no quarantee that it would work,on top of initial service fee of $125.00. or I could purchase a toilet through their company and installed at about $600.00. When I declined further service ,plumber stated ""good luck with that one"" I paid $125.00 for crappy service, with a crappy business. No stars given!!!!
