I called in a panic before 7 AM and they were very reassuring and sent out a gentleman named Darren and he did a wonderful job and gave the best recommendations and answered all of my questions in detail. I feel confident with the repair that was made and the advice that was given about my hot water heater. It was also really neat having a 3rd generation plumber come to the rescue (extremely knowledgeable and reassuring). also Darren was extremely professional and straight forward and to the point. he was also very nice to my 4 year old son when he was asking him questions and that's a huge plus because most repairmen of all trades seem to have an attitude of not wanting to be bothered by the homeowners children, but Darren had a wonderful attitude and was incredibly polite. I 1000/10 recommend using this company (especially if Darren is the plumber that arrives) for every reason. Also got here faster than I thought they would, very very kind, extremely knowledgeable, extremely dependable, quick and quality work (you can tell he is very well experienced and highly trained in his profession), also really good value. The cost was way less than I thought it would be especially given that it was a last minute-emergency call. overall, I am beyond satisfied and will recommend them to anyone and will call them for any future needs! They definitely set the bar very very high fir every area - professionalism, quality, dependability, knowledge, kindness, and cost!

I paid the weekend price. (250 an hour) And the job wasn't done correctly because I have a ongoing leak. Now come Monday when I have to call the office, I'm being told to wait for end of day. I am not satisfied with this company
