I highly recommend Custom Plumbing!!!!! They listened to me and I was able to send pictures. no over selling here. I was quoted for a hourly rate and parts which was in my budget.

I had called a few other places and was told the leak repair would cost around $600.00 to $800.00 and over a week out. Custom Plumbing was $215.00. They had a service technician available that day. He was professional got to work and had the repair completed around a hour.

We had a leak in our bath tub faucet and they came out to fix it and it still leaks. They charged us over 600 dollars and refused to stand by their work. I called Christianson and they fixed it for half the price and knew what they were doing. Beware theses guys don't know how to fix leaking faucets. I would give them a zero stars if I could. We are retired and cannot afford to pay for bad work.

We have had issues with kitchen sink backing up in the past two years. It was snaked with a store bought snake both times. It only fixed the issue for a while. On a Saturday late afternoon, it clogged up again. We called Custom after checking out some other plumbers and were told they could get to it the beginning of the next week. We called custom and Patrick answered immediately. I asked if he could come out right now and after informing us of the weekend surcharge, we agreed. Patrick showed up within the next hour and after showing him the access points he proceeded to check the trap below the sinks first and then after diagnosing the issue informed us he was going to have to use the mechanical snake. After snaking it a number of times to get through the tight blocks he changed to a grinding head and snaked it a 3rd or 4th time well beyond the first two points depths he cleared the apparent blockage. He asked us if we we were senior citizens or military and gave us a discount on the invoice. Patrick was professional, personable and informative on what he was doing and why. Would not hesitate to use again, though hope its not on a weekend obviously. Lol Thank you Patrick for a job well done.

Called in for a estimate, Mark came ASAP and we hired them. They were very busy but they worked us into the schedule. Steven, there employee came over did the installation of our Rinnai water heater and worked diligently for 11 hours. He is a perfectionist to say the least. I would describe his work as art. Yesterday, Sunday, we had a water emergency at our home. A couple of broken lines coming from the pump. Called a couple of plumbers but only Custom Plumbing could have someone out in an hour. MIles arrived earlier than expected and after a couple of hours we had water again. Miles was very efficient, professional and and is an excellent plumber. Highly recommend this business!
