My dad has been requesting for service from this location for the past week. His calls have been screened, no return calls, and the voicemail line is full.

We attempted to call each day for the past week to repair the heater exchange on our tankless heater. When we called the manufacturer to call this site, the man immediately answered. Otherwise, we, the customer received no response.

If you need to service your tankless water heater, please consider taking your business elsewhere.

I called Curtis because I had an issue with my tankless water heater. He said the tankless heater needed to be replaced with an outdoor unit. After giving me a quote of $1900 the unit was replaced.

I asked for a receipt for the unit, which I felt I was entitled to. He refused to give me a receipt for an item that I purchased, which made me suspicious. I asked how much the unit was and he said $1300. The total bill was $1900. Thinking that $600 was steep for replacing a unit that was already there, he quickly added that the $600 was for parts and labor. I asked for an itemized bill, which he never provided.

Curtis quickly added that he would take down the exhaust pipe from the old unit and seal the roof...and give me a discount because I paid cash. A few days later, I received a letter from Curtis stating that he felt that he was ""under scrutiny"" and felt that the first plumber (that installed the original tankless heater) had criticized his work. (The first plumber never said a word).

I have since attempted to call Curtis to discuss this issue and he refuses to return my calls. I am STILL waiting for him to remove the vent pipe as he stated...and receive a discount for paying cash.

I think he knows he has overcharged me and that's why he refused to give me a receipt for an item I paid $1300 for. I also find it hard to believe it took 3 guys, 3 hours to complete this job (unfortunately I was unable to witness the time they supposedly spent there).

I am giving him a poor rating due to integrity flaws.

Contacted Curtis to schedule servicing for tankless water heater. Curtis failed to confirm appointment of Nov. 29th. Received text message from him on December 9th asking if he could come by on Dec. 10th between 9:30-11:00 to service system. No show and no call, no professionalism. Saved text messages with screen shot so no dispute this is what happened.

I much prefer having this local plumber than some national chain sending some newbie to fix my plumbing needs. Prices are reasonable and very familiar with homes in the area. Very honest and only suggests what you really need. Curtis is involved with every job and always available.

Curtis Watanabe came over to service our Noritz tankless water heater. I got his name when I called the Noritz company for a recommendation. The company said he was highly trained and knowledgeable of their product. He is a honest plumber who does good work with very fair price. I highly recommend him!

We had a Noritz water heater installed as part of new constructionon on our patio in 2007. There was a water heater enclosure on the outside wall of the house.
Ever since the installation, we have had problems with it. Numerous error codes, having to reboot several times during the week. It would take about 10 minutes to get hot water to the shower and then about halfway through, the hot water would end and we would get cold again. There was always a chemical smell in the patio area. We've had it drained each year and finally had a taller vent stack installed last month. The problems persisted. I was about ready to yank it out and throw it (if I could).
I called Noritz last week and we went through the error codes. They recommended a specific servicing and gave me several contacts for the servicing. After reading the Yelp reviews, we decided to contact Curtis Watanabe Plumbing.
Vincent came out late in the day and after contacting Noritz, spent over 2 hours cleaning and adjusting the system. I let him know what our various problems with the unit were and he addressed each one.
I feel as if he was a miracle worker. There is absolutely no smell. The hot water is almost immediate and lasts for the duration of the shower. I am thrilled!!!!!

I gave 5 stars because Curtis Watanabe not only is very professional, he has resonable rates.
I have a tankless water heater that wasn't working. Curtis came over immediately to inspect our water heater and found that we needed things replaced. He called Nortiz and got our parts that were still under warranty and got our water heater working asap. We've been looking for a plumber to use and from now on that will be Curtis. I highly recommend him.

Curtis is the best! He was recommended to me by the manufacturer of my tankless hot water heater and turned out to be one of the best individuals I have worked with in 15 years of home ownership. He is prompt, knowledgeable and a great communicator. He is also super reasonable in price which is so very rare in my experience.

I'm so grateful because when we called Curtis, he was friendly and helpful. He and his team came on super short notice when our heater broke.
