Over the years I have used no less than 5 different plumbers. Some were okay and some were not due to lack of communication and missed appointments. I had an old Takagi tankless unit go out and I needed a replacement quickly. Instead of trying to get a referral from friends and relatives (which seems to be kind of a crap shoot in terms of quality) I asked our realtor who they use whenever they need work on a house they're selling. They referred us to Curtis and I could not have been more pleased. The price to put in a new Noritz tankless unit was fair, but more importantly Curtis and his crew were timely, courteous and easy to talk to. YMMV, but I won't be using any other plumber.

Hot water heater he installed is taking 10 minutes to provide hot water in the morning. Ugh!!!!

I called Curtis to service our Noritz tankless water heater. First of all, Curtis asked questions before coming which shows he's doing due diligence and cutting the time diagnosing the problem. When he came, he was very professional-explained what he found as the problem and also answered our questions. He gave an estimate which is reasonable. He ordered the parts needed for the repair and tried his very best to get them the same day. Understandably, the parts didn't come til next day which is still great in my opinion. His guy came, installed the parts, cleaned up after himself and the best part...the parts ordered were under warranty! On the way out, the service man fixed our front door just because he noticed it needed some tweaking! Overall, just pleasant experience, no surprises, no overcharging! Highly recommend these guys!

If you want to be sure that what you are told is the truth - Call Curtis!
Had another company come out for service mostly because Curtis was busy BUT I should have been patient and waited for Curtis. The other company claimed I had a broken sewer pipe and they wanted thousands to fix it. Curtis came and ran his camera - snaked it out and what do you know no break no thousands to service! Honesty is the most important thing to me - you want to believe what you are told and you always get honesty from Curtis. Thanks for the great service every time!

Curtis and his team go the extra mile! They made a rough situation very smooth. When our Noritz tankless failed (after only five years) we called Noritz and confirmed warranty, etc. They recommended Curtis, as did several of my local plumber friends. Curtis was quick to respond and very courteous. When the parts were delivered he came back to install them and realized the gas valve was missing. We got Noritz back on the phone and they apologized, as this would set us back another day or two. But Curtis did not let that happen! He found a way to use parts from another unit as a temporary fix so we would have our hot water running until the burner arrived. That was a difference maker! Curtis knows his stuff and goes the extra mile!

On Sunday our Noritz tankless water heater stopped working. After speaking to Noritz, they overnighted parts under warranty (five stars for Noritz too). I reached out to a few authorized servicers, and Curtis had the best price and was willing to show up at a moment's notice. When the parts arrived I texted him and he was at our home in just a couple hours, and less than an hour later the work was done! He was courteous, professional, and very responsive. I think I've got a few more plumbing-related things around the house for Curtis to fix...

Our old plumber retired and we have been using different plumbers and not satisfied with most of them. In the meantime our Noritz tankless started leaking and I went through a search of qualified and recommended plumbers with the Noritz website and came up with Curtis Watanabe. Called Watanabe and left a message, he responded promptly and we arranged a time to meet, he arrived on time and was obviously knowledgeable with the products and presented a quote to us. We called two other plumbers with other quotes and presentations. We went back to Curtis and agreed to have him for the job. Again, he showed up on time and he and his assistant completed the task well on time even with the repipe adjustments. My wife and I are both very happy with the cost, efficiency, promptness, and professionalism Curtis brought to our home. We have found our new forever plumber and highly recommend Watanabe Plumbing. My water heater started to leak. Curtis came buy in a timely manner. We discussed options and went with a tankless water heater that he recommended. My daughter was bringing 7 friends down from Seattle Pacific University for spring break and we needed the job done quickly. His crew was able to yank the old tank and get the tankless running the next day. They completed the job within a few days. We are extremely happy with the heater and the installation. With tankless we don't run out of hot water and the gas isn't keeping 75 gallons of water hot 24/7. I recommend Curtis and his crew and will use them again.
