Our water heater started leaking over memorial weekend. I called a number that was on the water heater and was told they didn't have an on call tech that worked on weekends. I then called Curoso's plumbing, left a message with dispatch and got a all back within 10 minutes. Jim came within the hour, looked at it and said our water heater needed to be replaced. Which I agreed with since the life span of a water heater runs between 8 to 12 years and according to my calculations ours was about 13 years old. He gave us the best quote as I previously shopped around. I highly recommend Curoso's plumbing!

Our water heater gave out on a Sunday. I called 3 places, left messages. Jim called me back within 10 minutes. (The others never called back).
2 guys were at the house first thing Monday morning. They repaired the problem so we could have hot water, but our unit was so old with corrosion that it was apparent it would not last long. We opted to install a new one. They came back same day, installed the new unit and credited us the price of the repair earlier that day. Very professional, clean, courteous. Thank you!

When our water heater failed and we needed to replace it, I actually called Curoso Plumbing and Jim quoted us a price and basically said he could be at our house the next day to do the work. In the meantime our handyman, who had previously done other work for us came by and said it was an easy job and he could do it for us for less money. So we went with the handyman. We researched water heaters and although we are generally good internet researchers and buyers we wound up buying a water heater that was shorter than it needed to be requiring some adjustments that our handyperson did not know how to fix and it was more expensive. The job took way longer than it should have, there were multiple problems that required trips to the hardware store, water was leaking and threatening our hardwood floors and when it was finally done, even by my very unskilled eyes, it looked like a kindergartener had pieced it all together. And there were potential safety issues with the work as well.

The next morning we called Jim and he agreed to come out and redo the job. Jim was professional, obviously very skilled and he fixed everything in a timely manner. The workmanship is like the difference between day and night.

Having a properly installed water heater is a safety issue. Don't make the same mistake we did. Hire my new hero and professional Jim Curoso.

We are totally grateful for the quality work of Curoso Plumbing. Now we can relax and enjoy our hot water with peace knowing that it is installed properly.

Efficient, and excellent service. I had a blocked toilet, which Mike dealt with quickly. In addition, he checked on the septic tank, just to make sure everything was working.

I highly recommend Jim and Curoso Plumbing! The other day our garbage disposal stopped working. After doing as much troubleshooting as I could, I determined it was the garbage disposal unit itself. After leaving a voicemail, Jim called back right away and was at our doorstep within two hours to fix our issue! Awesome service!
