We called Curoso plumbing after making multiple calls to other plumbers on the afternoon of 12/23/2022 (the day before Christmas Eve). My moms kitchen sink wasn't draining and we were going to be doing a lot of cooking the next couple of days. We could not get a single plumber to come out until we talked to Curoso - they got back to us within the hour and said someone would be coming in an hour! Such short notice and such a busy time! Sterling showed up and was professional, polite, funny and very genuine. He was upfront about the cost before doing any work. He fixed the pipe clog within an hour and was super sweet to my mom during the whole process - he deserves a bonus! 100% recommend especially if you have something somewhat urgent.

These guys are great! My tank water heater stopped working and contacted Curoso Plumbing for a tankless water heater upgrade. The Owner Jim responded very quickly to my quote request on Yelp. The installers arrived early and did a great job. Very competitive prices and super clean installation. I would definitely contact these guys next time I need a plumber.

Sunday evening we heard a loud explosion in our laundry room. Flames were coming from the access door of our gas water heater. I turned the gas valve off. At 6am the next morning, I Googled reviews of local plumbers. Curoso Plumbing had many positive reviews so I gave them a call. They answered right away and Jim sent Mario and Andrew to our house within 2 hours.
After evaluating the problem, Mario presented me with 3 options. Repair, Replace or Upgrade to a Tankless Water Heater. Since our water hearer was 7 years old, we went with Replace. We chose a 50 gal. LoNOX RUUD which was locally available. By noon the water heater was installed and working.
Mario was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Both Mario and Andrew were very professional. Curoso Plumbing will be our go-to plumber for any future jobs.

Although we did not hire Curoso for the two jobs we had, both times when we reached out for service, they were very quick to respond and said they could get to our repair in a timely manner if hired. Had we not had an offer from friends to help us, we would have had Curoso do the job.

Five stars all the way! Within a few hours of talking to Jim (the owner) Sterling and Zeke showed up to fix our ailing water heater. As we suspected the ol' gal was done after year's of faithful service. After a bit of jawing and horse trading we agreed upon the final price for a new water heater plus installation. And we couldn't be happier with the product and the service we received. What looked like a crappy day turned out to be a happy one. Sterling, Zeke and Jim are awesome. I highly recommend Curoso Plumbing! Two thumbs up!!
