Recommended Customer Reviews
A rare instance of a plumbing company that is organized and acts very professionally. They take your calls promptly, follow-up, make sure to send you the best technician for your problem. Strong recommendation from me!
After previously using this firm with a positive (water heater thermocouple) experience and a friend's recommendation, we called them again to snake a kitchen sink blockage. Their current policy is to give a firm bid for the job, regardless of how long it takes. We ended up with a bill of $350 for a job that took a half hour and travel time from their headquarters 5 minutes away. Management did refund $50 after we challenged the charge. I checked with other licensed plumbers after the job and was quoted $180 for the same job. Probably good work, but you take your chances on actual work time vs. cost.
Kelly M.Mario came out and fixed our slow hot water pressure and dripping shower head. He was outstanding, knowledgeable, and courteous. We will definitely use them again anytime we have a plumbing issue
Jenna B.This company has been a nightmare to work with. We used this company to replumb our outgoing pipes. The owner's son came to give an estimate. We had used them before so we trusted their work. The son chewed and spit during the meeting and told me about a customer who was sueing them for messing up her driveway. That should have been a red flag, but I know people can be sue happy. I was never given a walkthrough of what to move and what walls would be opened up. The plumbing job itself has had no issues. The guys cutting under the house cut the power to my dryer. I was told it must be my issue so I called my electrician who pulled out cut and charred wires. The guys cut the wire, but then turned the circuit back on so it was a cut live wire under my house. They knew they did something wrong, yet tried to cover it up. The company then took responsibility. I later found a broken outlet in the wall that was opened in my hallway. My electrician came out again and said it must be cut somewhere because the outlet has some power to it, just not enough to power anything. That led to him finding another outlet we never use that is also having the same issue because they are connected. Numerous phone calls, emails, etc and I can't get much of a response. This company used to be great. They do great work, but they mess things up in the process and won't mention/take responsibility. During this time, my dad's house was crawled during a routine HVAC check and a bunch of ducting had been knocked down around where their pipes had been replumbed. Some of these could have turned into
bigger issues, like a fire (owner says that is dramatic) and the fact that they were not brought to our attention and are being ignored now is also a huge issue. I should have thought it odd that other customers were sueing and the owner's son was discussing this. Beware of them making this a bigger headache and creating new issues in your home.
I needed a new water heater and after checking with two other companies, I went with Cupertino Plumbing. Angel came within 30 minutes to give me a free estimate. His price was competitive, but most importantly, they installed it that day. The others said it would take 1-2 days. Ray the technician, and Angel were professional and worked efficiently.
Ranny H.My plumbers of choice. I always use them for all my plumbing needs. never let me down. They replaced the horizontal drainage piping under my house last year. Recently I used them for installing a bathroom vanity I bought online. They did a nice job and were efficient and clean. Would highly recommend. They may not provide the cheapest estimate, but they are highly professional.
Cupertino Plumbing gave us excellent service. They replaced our complete house waste disposal system. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner. The coordinator for the project, Angel, was delightful to work with. He kept us informed of schedules, and we felt the work was done meticulously.
Cupertino Plumbing showroom is great! There is a large choice of plumbing products.
I called on recommendation of a friend as I had a fire under my sink. My friend said Cupertino Plumbing would be able to tell me if it was an electrical issue or plumbing issue. It started off poorly as I live in a gated condo complex. There is a big main entrance with a call box, the plumber calls my cell and says he doesn't know how to get in. I tell him to call me from the call box. He can't find it. I come downstairs with my 2 year old, find him (2 feet from the gate). He comes up, I explain what happened, he looks and says that the garbage disposal is leaking. He suggests getting a new one. I say okay and he goes to buy one. He doesn't ask me which one I want (I wanted a different model). He comes back and again I have to go down and get him. He installs it, it tells me I have a leak and another pipe, tightens it and charged me $530.. He says it is because I live in a condo complex and it took extra time for him to get in and out of the complex and that he had to go buy the garbage disposal. Several neighbors have replaced theirs. The garbage disposal is $168 and I could have had Amazon (more expensive than what plumbers and handymen charge) install for $180.. He couldn't tell me if my garbage disposal caught fire, didn't leave the box, receipt or instructions for the new one. I understand my cost may be a bit higher as he looked at it for two minutes, but this was astronomical. I feel he took advantage that I was a single woman. Unfortunately at the time I was so frustrated because of the fire and keeping my son out of the way, I didn't ask for anything.
Cupertino Plumbing fixed our problem in record time and were super helpful! Our street had water running in front of all of our neighbors' houses is now dry! We had a water leak from a broken, OLD galvanized pipe. They replaced it and had the permit inspection done. They were so professional, communicated a lot and were reasonably priced. Cupertino Plumbing will be the company we call for any future plumbing needs. They were that good!
The recent storms in bay area caused flooding in my basement and had to get the sump pumps fixed. Angel from Cupertino plumbing was very professional in handling the job and understanding my needs. He sent Eric and team who were very knowledgeable about the job. They went ahead and fixed everything as promised in a timely fashion. Not only that when a job was unfinished they came back next day and fixed it for a very good price, so I do not have to hunt down other plumbers and explain the entire situation to them again. They had good recommendations for electricians to handle that part as well. I think overall I am very satisfied as they were a one shop stop for all my needs at an affordable price and very reliable.
