This company come to work in Silver creek Homeowner associations, and after they finished what they were hired to do they left a giant mess.When I asked them to clean up after themselves they told me to call the Home association because they don't clean.
This is absurd and there's now not only a mess but a foul odor right outside my front door.

Constantly asked for more money before the paid for work was done. Bring in outside workers who do unsatisfactory work. Project work was very slow/they do multiple jobs with the same workers. Would not recommend. Expensive and poor work quality.

My bathroom sink was clogged and I'd tried everything I knew how to do. Nothing worked. I called and they were out to my house within two hours. The plumber was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. He fixed my issue quickly and gave me helpful hints to keep it from happening again. He even checked the crawl space under my house for leaks, just in case! I've had several different plumbers out to our house for different issues--these guys were my favorites so far! And their rates were reasonable. I'll definitely call them again if I need plumbing help.

We were having several calls to roto-rooter to clear a recurring clog in our pipes. The third time we called got a high quote from them to unclog our toilet. We then called Cupertino Plumbing they were lower for the same job. They got it going, they felt that there was a further problem. They quoted us a further job to install a cleanout so the pipe could be inspected with a camera.
They found water in the pipe and it looked like the existing iron pipe had a sag in it where toilet paper could get stuck. We ended up having them replace the entire sewer line under the house and they replaced a section of pipe in front yard.
Danny was the technician that we communicated with. He was very informative and helpful throughout the entire job. The workers were very clean about the process and nice. They even provided pictures of the job.
I highly recommend this company. We also had some grab bars installed on my 95 yesr old moms shower. We had asked several companies to come out and do this job. Cupertino Plumbing came through! My mom said workers were very nice and she feels much safer!
